Brittany is terrific. Adjusts to your style and budget, and picks up on what you need help with. We initially hired her for a quick consultation, and now can't imagine doing anything to our house without asking her first. I contacted Brittany on Houzz after seeing her before/after photos and reading positive client reviews. We planned to interview several designers, but after her initial visit, we decided Brittany was a perfect fit. During her first visit to our home, Brittany not only showed us how we could remodel our cramped, outdated 80's kitchen, she presented a vision for updating the main floor to make our home more functional, beautiful and livable. As the initial design process unfolded, she gave us a variety of layout choices and collaborated with us as we wrestled to find the perfect fit. Brittany was very efficient and knowledgeable when we were making decisions on kitchen (the works) and main bathroom (plumbing fixtures and tile). I loved how level headed she was. I always felt she supported our need for choice and decisions. What challenges we had related to materials, timeliness with availability, and minor errors in orders. Everything was resolved to our satisfaction.

Okay, I know that 5 star reviews are somewhat cliche at this point and can easily be distrusted. I almost gave her 4 stars just so the reader would take me seriously. BUT, Brittany is every bit worth the 5 stars. Bottom line up front: Brittany combined my wife’s and my juxtaposed styles into something we both love. She took us by the hand and navigated through our arguments and anxiety, bringing us to solid resolution. The money we spent on her services saved us tens of thousands. She is worth many times more than what you’ll pay. Do yourself a favor, and hire now. Details: My wife and I have very different styles. She is very cozy farmhouse/victorian and I am very sharp minimalist modern. Needless to say, Brittany had her work cut out for her. I am doing my own remodel and have spent tens of thousands doing the same room 2-3 times because the end product did not fit our needs or either of our desired styles. My confusion and difficulty blending our styles led to indecision and halted progress. My projects froze in place as my anxiety increased. Houzz and other apps gave me so many ideas that I was inspired to a grinding halt as I tried to take pieces I liked from many sources and tried to combine them into something coherent and useful. Soon I found every room in the house was under construction and nothing could be finished. When it came time for the kitchen, we recognized the importance of getting it right the first time. Our funds had been exhausted as I remodeled the same spaces over and over. My wife and I were exhausted, and we agreed to invest in the peace and guidance a professional can bring. We interviewed with multiple designers. Brittany was the first to see our distinct styles and identified a clear pathway to reconciliation. My wife has ZERO imagination/vision abilities. Brittany was able to communicate for her and advocated on her behalf as I naturally leaned toward my strong impulses toward modern minimalism. Brittany was able to not only create in the space we identified, but saw opportunities for inclusion of surrounding spaces to enhance our vision and realize more than we were able to in our original desired end-state. She was patient as we manipulated draft after draft of her designs. Her ability to show us the completed project digitally gave us the confidence to commit the time and money to move forward. When it came time to select our flooring, cabinets, appliances, etc she walked with us through multiple vendors, typically unknown to the general public, in order to get our hands on our potential materials. Brittany showed great patience and skill as she adeptly navigated our emotional states and strong opinions. Emotional and physical exhaustion stopped our progress more than once, but she was able to bring us back for a fresh and renewed approach. When we finally completed our “shopping excursions” we were both excited and satisfied beyond mere compromise. Save your marriage/peace of mind, hire Brittany…now.

We remodeled our master bathroom in Spring, 2022. I knew where I wanted to place things in the room; but I'm horrible at selecting colors and materials that go together well. I was afraid I'd end up with something that cost a lot of money but looked all wrong. Fortunately, my contractor recommended Brittany who is awesome. I sent her some pictures of things that I liked and then met her at a local store that carries practically everything you need for a remodel. Brittany got there before me and had a wide selection of things already picked out. She helped me to quickly narrow it down to a few things that coordinated well and reflected the vibe I wanted... and we had fun doing it! Brittany worked closely with my contractor to make sure my choices were integrated into their planning. The end result was exactly what I was looking for. I love how our bathroom came out and would happily work with Brittany on any project. She's organized, responsive, fun. During the past year and a half, remodeling has been interesting....to say the least. Brittany has been right there to help me through the process, the selections and decisions for my new kitchen. Brittany was so helpful with our remodel of our kitchen/dining and fireplace living room area. Wow, where do I start? My project took a ton of time and effort. Brittany had to deal with the constant changing of my mind and the stress and anxiety of having a large remodel. We had constant supply issues, cabinet maker problems; you name it. I still don't have my oven after one year! Thankfully her connections got us a temporary until my oven finally shows up. She was on top of everything, and it allowed me to work and go to school without worry. I can't imagine figuring this all out on my own and then dealing with suppliers and all their issues. Highering, a designer, is 100% worth it. Brittany also has connections with fabulous contractors. We interviewed a couple and ended up with her guys, who made things so much smoother and easier all around. I loved her design so much, and she knew just what would look good all the way down to paint colors.

Brittany transformed our downstairs to a space that we find joy in all the spaces. The kitchen is an amazing transformation that is efficient, beautiful, and full of light. Adding large picture windows to the dining area and living room brings in so much natural light. Brittany understood our style preferences and knew when to push us a little out of our comfort zone. Truthfully, her ideas for the kitchen and dining areas transformed not only those areas, but the entire feel of the house. I love everything! She was so helpful with picking out countertops, flooring, etc. She guided me, but still let me choose, so that my new kitchen is "my" style. She was firm when necessary. I was struggling with paint color and asked about a color other that the three colors she had suggested. She told me that it would be too dark. I went with her number one suggestion, and guess what? Brittany has been skillfully guiding us through renovations of our house in Gig Harbor. Everything from helping us choose a color palette that transformed the house to remodeling our fireplace wall which helped to modernize the look of the room. The most positive remodeling experience ever! Brittany and team exuded professionalism, expertise and transparency that made our kitchen remodel pain-free. I NEVER, I mean Never like completing reviews but here goes! If your looking for a Designer, STOP! You've found her. She literally did my whole home that I've lived in all my life. Added new upstairs full bath and redid the rest on the 2nd floor down to the studs. Re-did original hardwood floors, 1st and 2nd floors, New granite kitchen counter tops and back-splash, stainless appliances, new main bath, heated floors both levels, sonos, new wiring Etc. Brittany's a savvy business woman who gets the job done. She took over the project Manager position when the General contractor had to be dismissed. Don't know if a lot of Designers would do that but she really impressed me! Catch her if you can before this year gets book also!

Brittany made this project come out way better than I could have imagined. She turned what once was a tiny bathroom into one that is now functional (as well as beautiful) with a ton of storage. I get compliments from everyone who visits. She revamped the laundry and 1/2 bath and it also is wonderful. Here assistance in choosing the appropriate tiles, lights, flooring, cabinets, hardware, etc. was perfect. Brittany would narrow the choices for me so it wasn't overwhelming. She made the process easy. I probably would still be trying to choose products if I did this myself. Brittany also had a great relationship with the contractor we used. I just wished I hadn't waited so long to do this project as it brings me so much joy.

We were considering a minor kitchen remodel. On the recommendation of a couple of friends, we consulted Brittany. She came up with a couple of different designs: one to meet our minor remodel; a second major redesign to address some of the other thoughts both Britannia and we had discussed, expanding into the family room and opening the kitchen to the dining room. We had the pleasure of working with Brittany on our extensive kitchen remodel. Though we had built the house ourselves, when it came time to update the 30-year-old kitchen, we wanted it done right. Brittany was referred to us by a friend and real estate agent who assured us that we would be well taken care of and happy with the results. After viewing our home and listening to our wishes, Brittany offered four different layout options for us to consider. Each choice presented a varying degree of change to our existing floorplan. After reviewing each of the optional layouts for their ability to meet our most important criteria, storage, and traffic flow, we chose the plan which had the most significant change. To expand storage and living space, walls between the dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, and family room were taken down to create one large, but comfortable living area. We now have a large kitchen that seats five people at an island for casual dining and one area for more formal dining. The new kitchen and dining areas now flow easily into the living area. Brittany guided us every step of the way, offering attractive and practical options we had never considered. We found the other professionals and companies she brought in to do the work were top notch. Brittany was excellent at communicating with us and punctual for meetings. We met with Brittany to get some ideas for our master bath area. We ended up hiring her to design and project manage the master bath/bedroom remodel. She also assisted in selecting flooring to use for the main areas in our home. She and her contractors were very professional and knowledgeable and always had great suggestions to help guide our decisions. Brittany kept in close contact via text, email or phone calls. We enjoyed this project and are very pleased with the results.

Last August I hired Brittany Fritts to help design and act as a liaison with the contractors in the remodel of my small guest bathroom. She began with three layout options, each with definite potential. Once the layout was chosen, we collaborated to pull different ideas together. Brittany is very skilled at listening to her clients’ concerns and ‘monitoring and adjusting’ choices to meet their expectations. Her contractors were perfectionists who really cared about my project and home. We chose a Kallista console sink that required special installation skills, and an Ann Sacks mosaic wall tile that took extra care and time. With Brittany’s impeccable taste and guidance the bathroom came together with a unique personal style. The project was completed in a timely fashion, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results!

I was lost approaching a bathroom remodel and found Brittany through a plumbing contractor. We had a very dated 1980s master bath, little storage, a horrible spa tub, carpeted floors, good-sized but dingy shower, long counter with double sinks but awful tiles & wood. It was a gut job. I retained Brittany to provide full service, help with design, material selection, contractor selection and oversight of the job. It was the best money I ever spent on remodeling. She led me through the maze of redesigning the bathroom, to eliminate the unwanted spa tub (or any tub) and to include a large and wonderfully luxurious shower, a sitting vanity with mirror and outlets, a large storage closet matching new cabinets, complete with rollout shelves, to store the myriad of bathroom supplies and first aid and medical and other similar supplies previously stuffed in 3 drawers and under two sinks. The bathroom was an organizational nightmare. Now, it is always neat and clean. The beautiful new sinks, quartz counters, porcelain tiles, fixtures, cabinets, handles, paint colors and other details went together beautifully. She always listened to my concerns, about cost, design, and paid attention to safety for older folks (beautiful grab bars in shower and great TP holder that is also a small grab bar) without having it overtake the entire bathroom. Every time we use the bathroom, we are thrilled with all of it. Friends and neighbors think it should be featured in a magazine! She suggested different items in different price ranges, sensitive to price concerns and warning me that some things I wanted were quite expensive and found alternative solutions. The contractor she recommended (and his assistant) were the best I've ever worked with. Always on time, perfection on the job, worked on our job until done, except for a couple of snafus in shipped items, which delayed things. I would definitely consult her again. She also helped me select color for adjoining master bedroom and new padded, dark-colored headboard, of which I was leary, and which is just a fabulous addition to the room. Her pricing was also very reasonable for the services rendered and the services did not leave me feeling overwhelmed by a job that I couldn't handle on my own. Thanks, Brittany!

We were reluctant to trust a designer/project manager at first, but looking back, we would have spent twice as much and been disappointed in the outcome if we hadn't hired and trusted Brittany. She is a true professional and excellent problem-solver. We had a very small and challenging bathroom which was situated under a staircase in a 100 year old home. Brittany and her crew worked a miracle to completely transform a real problem bathroom (which was unusable) to the most functional, best-use of space, and beautiful room in the home. We've already asked her to start planning other remodels in our home. A true treasure of a find.

Brittany has overseen the design and construction of five large remodling projects in my house: the kitchen, laundry room, powder room, master bath, and second full bath. Brittany designed and coordinated the remodel of our master Bath and Bedroom, our stairs and our down stairs office and entry way. She did a phenomenal job with the design and with the selection, coordination and monitoring of the contractors selected for the various remodel jobs. We are extremely pleased with the results.
