They are very in demand, but it was definitely worth the wait. They are professional, skilled, and felt that they truly care about their clients. I was disappointed there was no follow-up to our meeting. Met with Ariana on 3 Aug 2021, at my home for an hour and discussed things I wanted to change. I paid her $375 for the consultation at which she had some ideas. She said she would have her associate work up a couple of estimates for carpet and lighting and get those to me the following week. After not hearing from her or her associate for 2 or 3 weeks I sent an email, a second email a week or so later, then a phone call and finally a text to her associate. This was over a period of a couple of months. It is now December and I've heard nothing. If you don't want to work with me or my project please tell me. Very disappointing and unprofessional behavior. Hope it's not due to a COVID problem.

Ariana came to our home on Mercer Island and spent at least two hours analyzing how the sunlight impacted the various rooms before going around again and trying various color samples. Because we face the Cascades and have lake views she wanted to be sure that we optimized the natural light. As we continue our remodel, her ideas and suggestions have been ideal.

I met with Ariana to discuss a small scale kitchen remodel/ update. She clearly wasn't impressed with my seattle bungalow, or decorating style. She had no real ideas, wasn't excited about the space, and was disorganized. She forgot the catalogues she meant to bring, didn't have a tape measure, needed help measuring and then just did basic approximation of width and depth, forgot to take pictures and had to return, and wrote up a proposal with a total description of my home as "each room a different color". Her proposal was also overpriced. Not a person I'm going to trust dealing with contractors and keeping everyone on time and on budget. When I didn't return answer her email about the "proposal" within a week, she left a rude voicemail stating that she assumed I wasn't interested and they were closing out my file. And for all this pleasure she charged me $285. Shame on me for not realizing how many great designers out there who do free consultations AND provide excellent customer service. I offered to split it with her since I didn't feel like I received anything for an unproductive hour of her time, only to be told it wasn't their fault the invoice was 3 months late. I asked them to give me call to discuss my concerns, but heard nothing back. I ultimately paid it in full because I said I would before adequately researching going rates or understanding that I wouldn't receive anything of value in return. I now have a new designer who treats me fairly and is excited about my house. I would suggest others do the same and save $285 and a lot of unnecessary hassle.

We put the client in the center stage, and client satisfaction is our primary concern.
Our design process is clearly defined in stages, of which the Initial Consultation is the first step. The cost and the process of the Initial Consultation are made clear before the meeting, so the client would know what to expect.
Each project that we do has its own characteristics. Whether it is a small bungalow home, mid-sized home or a large mansion, we capture the spirit of the location, clients sense of style, combine them with our unique design, and transform the existing space into beautiful, elegant, and functional spaces that will make the clients feel magnificent.
The proposal for the project is composed after the Initial Consultation, and it is based on the information we got from the client about their design needs and wishes for their project. The cost of our design services reflects the scope of work needed. The time estimated for us to accomplish the tasks set before us is derived from our past experiences and the case studies on various projects that we did. Each member of our team tracks their time spent on the project, regardless whether the project is a flat fee or an hourly contract, which gives us excellent insight and allows us to accurately predict the time needed for all future projects.
We are very flexible in the case when a client wants to modify the scope of work which is stated in the proposal or any other details that they may not like. We communicate closely with the client to find the solution that they feel comfortable with to move forward with the project. Unfortunately, two-way communication is needed for this to work, and an unresponsive client can put a strain on the whole process, cause delays and ultimately lead to miscommunication and dissatisfaction.
As it happened, due to lack of response for almost a month, we had to cancel the contract in the case of Krista Ayers in order to accommodate other clients that needed our services. All communication with the client is made with utmost respect, with no room for any rude or offending tone.

I contacted Ariana Designs to complete 3 projects in different houses. She came up with a bathroom design that turned out fantastic! I also used her for paint color consultation on 2 other properties. The paint turned out great and added greatly to the houses.

Ariana has this extra sense of seeing and feeling that she expresses in her work. One can feel the extra depth of her perception as it relates to her designs. She has the ability to transform an idea to something tangible in an ultra 3D pattern that everybody can appreciate. As in fashion designs, she has the ability to make you feel good when you look good. She can transform a meaningless space into something meaningful making you feel better and rewarded for the decision you have made.

Creative Spaces exceeded everyone of my expectations in providing a professional and quality result in an area that I have little or no previous experience. We selected three rooms in my house and she provided an estimate of her time, conducted a fairly indepth interview to get a real sense of my needs, personal preferences and timing for completion and then gave me simple suggestions tobget the process started. Ariana, the owner of creative Spaces, was fun to work with, diligent in her project management and, most importantly, left my home interior looking so much more beautiful and liveable that I can't thank her enough. She strove to keep the costs down, and she always provided a range of decorating ideas for me from which to choose... a "good, better, best" approach that gave me complete control of the project. I cannot possibly due justice to describing how thankful I am to Ariana and Creative Spaces for helping provide me, what feels like, a brand new home!

I had contracted Mariana to help me decorate and furnish an empty large one bedroom apartment i rented in The Bravern in Bellevue, which i had used frequently on my travels to Seattle. As a busy businessman it was very important to me that the designer I work with will figure out my taste and preference yet will be able to offer his/her own insights and knowledge that will bring the space to the look and feel of which I had hopped to achieve. Mariana had been very efficient as well as creative though the planning and selection of items, had looked after the complete purchasing, delivery, placement and installation stages. She had kept everything within budget and timeline and had done all of these with a smile and patient. I ended up with an apartment of which different spaces had been accommodated to my highest satisfaction and expectation. I will defiantly hire Mariana again.

We hired several designers previously who never really met our expectations for our difficult modern mediterranean-style space. Mariana first took the time to understand *exactly* what we wanted; and couldn't put into words. She exceeded all our expectations, always recommending her to all my family and friends.
