April Powers Interior Design offers complete interior design services for residential and hospitality projects and specializes in turn-key installations. Principal April Powers has designed numerous projects ranging from custom, high-end residences to restaurants, boutique inns, resorts, and wineries in locations stretching from the Napa and Sonoma Valley wine country to Woodside, Carmel, Pebble Beach, Santa Monica, Tahoe, and Hawaii. April has over 20 years of experience in the industry. Prior to founding A.P.I.D. in 2009 she was the Senior Interior Designer for Backen, Gillam, & Kroeger Architects for seven years where she worked closely with the principal architects to develop each interiors project. She is very comfortable with the relationship between architecture and interior design and as a result brings a comprehensive approach to her firm’s interiors work. Her attention to detail is exemplified in each of her finished projects and each has it’s own personality based on the individual project/client needs.
