Amy is amazing and a true professional. She and her team took my dreams of what I wanted my home to look like and made into a beautiful reality. Amy helped me with every aspect and every decision of the renovation. She was there to answer my every question and every concern no matter how big or small, within a matter of minutes. Amy has made my kitchen look like it’s come from the pages of a magazine and I’m just in awe over everything she has done. I’m finally proud to bring over family and friends and entertain. Amy was such a pleasure to work with. Her attention to detail and the way she listened to my every word shows in her beautiful design. Amy has been a pleasure to work with. She really goes above and beyond with customer service and pricing is reasonable for the service you get. She is wonderful at listening to your ideas and providing as much or as little service as you desire to make your design dreams happen. Installation, warranty issues, delivery, Amy handles everything as quickly and efficiently as possible. Why shop online or in-person yourself when Amy can give you professional advice, great pricing and excellent customer service? She helped us with the interior design of our new home as well as plantation shutters and blinds and a new sleeper sofa. We are now in process of ordering a living room area rug through ADS. Amy's staff is excellent as well and quick to follow up with questions and other issues. Amy helped me with a small project several years ago and I was so pleased that when we decided to build a new house a year and a half ago, I hired her again to help me. Amy was in on this project from day one and the nearly completed project is something very very special!! Amy’s knowledge extends not only to the design phase of the home but to the construction phase as well. There were construction questions daily that I couldn’t have answered without her knowledge. We worked together on all aspects of the design, indoor and outdoor lighting, cabinetry, flooring, bath and kitchen tiles, countertops, baseboard and crown molding styles, hardware, furniture selection and window treatments. She has professional relationships with each vendor we worked with and she was highly respected by all. As anyone knows if you hire a professional to help with a project, you must have full faith and trust in the decisions they help you make. Now that our house is nearly complete, I am delighted with EVERY choice we made! I would also like to say that if a question came up that I couldn’t answer and I texted Amy, I would have an answer back in a matter of minutes always. She worked very well with our contractor and he realized he could rely on her answers. She provided design boards that he could use throughout the house. In conclusion, working with Amy has been rewarding, she is a true professional with working knowledge of all aspects of home construction and design. We did a whole house remodel, so we interacted with Amy closely for many months. I love our home and enjoyed working with Amy and her staff.

I first had contact with Amy seven years ago when she helped me purchase shutters for the large window in my dining room. The process went smoothly and shutters still work as beautifully as they did the day they were installed. Just recently, she helped me remodel my kitchen, guest bath and floors mostly throughout my home. We did it over the summer when I would be "up north" and left it with Amy to complete. When I returned, I found the renovation complete enough that I could move back in. I am very pleased with the results. The quality of all the materials and quality of work exceeded my expectations. While I was away, Amy kept me informed as to progress through photos and emails. I would recommend ADS Designs for professionalism and excellent work of the subcontractors.

Relationship: Client Project Date: May 2017-May 2018 Project Price: more than $100,000 Outstanding!! Even this word doesn't quite give justice to Amy Steedley and her team. Over a year ago, we decided to give up the cold winter weather and move to Florida from Ohio (Go Buckeyes!). In doing so, we purchased our forever home and it needed a major interior redo/redesign. A.D.S Designs was recommended to us by our best friends who located to Florida two years prior. All good plans lead to great results. In this remodel, every room was updated, re-designed or aesthetically changed in some way. Bathrooms were gutted and re-done. All granite was replaced, and new tile was selected to coordinate in kitchen and baths. All new flooring was selected and installed. All windows received custom window treatments. All new lighting fixtures were installed. Down to the smallest detail of replacing the existing doorbell with a fancy programmable one. In several rooms there were either space constraints or specific storage needs which were met with custom built-ins. These were masterfully designed and built. And were the moments where Amy's knowledge of construction combined with her innate vision gave way to total quality solutions. In planning our move, Amy worked with us to decide what furniture to bring from Ohio and what to replace for a fresh Florida look. After many trips to and hours spent at the furniture store selecting fabrics and furniture, we are in love with the end results. Everything from flooring, to window treatments, to area rugs, to coordinating decor, all of which coordinate beautifully. As with any large-scale project, the inevitable happened. A few minor problems occurred unrelated to the project itself. We had a significant roof leak and the air conditioning went out. She expediently lined up the right professionals to address and fix these issues leaving us no time to worry about them. Especially because we were physically 900 miles away. One of Amy's biggest assets is being able to relate both the technical details and the design ideas, in a way that worked for both of us. Amy has this amazing way of relating to her clients on the pulse of what motivates them. She understands their personalities and adjusts her efforts and feedback accordingly. I've never met anyone like her, who can read people so well and rally through to the finish line. So, on this Thanksgiving Day, 2018.....we could not be more thankful for Amy and all of the hard work that made our forever home complete! We had the pleasure of meeting Amy and her team in January 2018. We needed help with decorating our newly renovated condo. We are very impressed with high level of professionalism and design skill. We decided to build a house on an airpark in Florida last year. I really did not want to add this stress to my life but my husband, an avid flyer really wanted to be somewhere warm. We live in Northern Wisconsin and the winters are long. I also knew that I was not available to be present during the completion as we are so far away. I called Amy and she has been such a valuable asset to us and to our builder. Her knowledge and skill not only in color but in architectural design has made this project effortless and fun. Her ability to bring everyone together is miraculous. We are almost done and we could not be happier. She is a happy pill for any size project..

I am working with Amy on a new home construction. She has worked with multiple builders, so she knows about details that I had not even dreamed of when I hired her. My builder loves her because of this detail. He says that it has eliminated a lot of guess work for him because he knows exactly what to do such as the trim work around the door. As others have commented, Amy has a great eye for color. Sometimes, she picks things that are out of my comfort zone, but the product turns out amazing just as she thought it would. While some suggestions might be out of my comfort zone, she works diligently to help me achieve my vision of the house. Another great attribute of Amy is patience. Sometimes, I change my mind and we have to start over on an aspect and she never judges me for it. If I want a lot of say in a selection, she provides guidance. If it is an overwhelming selection for me such as paint colors, she will reduce it down to three or four options. Amy and I have a ways to go on this project, but it has been a fun experience so far. I have spent many hours on this project so far, but the time has been used efficiently while not hurrying me. I would encourage anyone to hire Amy that is looking to build or remodel.

Amy is a true professional with an amazing eye for design and respect for her clients needs. Amy does not assume her taste is what her clients are looking for, she truly listens to each client to discover their individual needs and tastes. Amy is very good and professional. She always stays in contact with you as she works on your home. Amy has really helped me get my home the way I really want. I am very picky and really love a traditional looking home. Which isn't easy to find today when everything is modern or contemporary. She really gets to know you and your style and works very hard to get it. We have redone my entire home. I am very satisfied with all the work she has done on my home. We purchased our Ormond-By-The-Sea dream home two years ago in preparation for our relocation to sunny Florida. While waiting for our daughter to finish high school, we rented the home to another family for 18 months. At the completion of the rental term, we realized changes would be necessary to accommodate our lifestyle and to bring it out of the 90’s. Because we had rented the home, we had planned to update colors, carpet and furnishings, and, in an effort to make the best use of our renovation budget, realized the importance of making the right choices up front. From previous experience, I believe that money spent with a professional decorator is more than recouped by making the best use of what’s available. After interviewing three decorating firms, we choose Amy Steedley of ADS Designs. I was impressed with Amy’s professionalism and her approach to working with a new client. She answered all of my questions and followed up promptly on those that required additional information. In addition, she provided contact information for her references and everyone I spoke with had consulted with her on a variety of projects, would continue to do so, and highly recommended her. Upon taking possession of our home in February, we realized that much more work would be necessary due to the condition our renters left it in. As we catalogued items needing repair, we decided to take the time to upgrade our tile floor, kitchen, and master and guest bathrooms. Amy rose to the challenge! To get started we flew in from Ohio, for a four-day ‘marathon’ to meet with Amy and her vendors to select all new lighting, flooring, tile, paint, cabinetry, hardware, furnishings, plumbing fixtures, and granite. From that point forward, Amy functioned as both designer and general contractor. She skillfully scheduled the subcontractors to do the entire remodel in time for our August ‘deadline’. It can be very unnerving to do a nearly full gut remodel on a home while you are 1500 miles away. And, as with any project of this scope, there are always unexpected issues that crop up. Amy always contacted us to discuss the problem, sometimes to advise us and let us know it had already been resolved. In other cases she had already researched the solutions and called to let us know that she was emailing options to us (such as when the tub we selected wouldn’t fit in the available space). We had the HGTV moment of arriving in August to a fully furnished, beautiful home that thankfully looked nothing like it had in February. Amy did a great job incorporating the furniture pieces and accessories we brought from Ohio which was important to us. In addition, she staged everything from bookshelves to paintings. Our friends who saw the house in its “before” condition were in in awe! It is a house we can be proud to share with friends and family. Thank you Amy! You are a rock star! We couldn’t have done it without you!

Amy helped us pick out our nursery color for our current home which we love and she is now helping us design our expansive dream home. Her ability to make big projects manageable makes the design process enjoyable and fun. She's professional and competent and when she says she will handle it, it's handled-- these qualities are so hard to find! She is a hard worker, and whether you want to find a great bargain or pay top dollar for something special, she will make it happen. Amy was basically acting as "designer in residence" for the builder we used for our new house. Amy was involved in every aspect of the build from the overall design, architectural details, colors, window treatments, materials used, products, lighting, flooring, and the list could go on, but you must now get the idea. It got to the point where my wife would not make a decision until she discussed it with Amy. Not only knowledgeable in her field but very easy to work with.

Amy Steedley of A.D.S. Designs, LLC, was an incredible help to me in a total condo renovation. She made it her priority to become aware of my preferences in color, style, and design. Her sources were of excellent quality, and she pre-selected materials for window treatments, paint colors, and wall trim that saved me from struggling over every decision for months - particularly important as I was not on-site for most of the construction. She helped from the "tearing down walls" stage throughout the almost year-long project, and I made no major design decision without her advice. Along with a great construction team and a good furniture consultant, Amy made this process as painless and pleasurable as it could possibly be.

Amy is not only professional but she truly has an eye for design! During our first meeting, she took the time to answer all my questions and listen to my ideas. She then walked through the house and made a list for my remodel that I was elated with. Each corner of my home is beginning to evoke a sense of "happiness" and the process is not even complete yet! She politely gave an alternate replacement suggestion for something I was dead-set on having and after heeding her advice, it is turning out beautifully! I would strongly suggest being open to her professional advice. She works well within a budget and is knowledgeable in the needs/timelines of associated service contractors. Amy is a delightfully energetic designer who, unlike others I've known, is neither arrogant or condescending. She is extremely knowledgable about her product, has a well-honed skill set and is patient, responsive and honest - also a very nice person. You won't be disappointed.

Amy was wonderful to work with- she understood our needs and our concerns and worked within those areas. Being animal lovers and having two pups as part of our household, she understood the need for fabric and durability of the furniture. She appealed to my interests and included my husband's also. She constantly communicated with us , always pleasant and very professional. ! Honest and upfront with costs, there was never any surprises or additions to our agreement.
