I had Timms Window Fashions install some wood blinds in our house about ten years ago. After reviewing my choices at their store, the owners Mike and Brian came and measured everything up, made some great recommendations and were careful to take their time to answer all of my questions. We have a lot of woodwork throughout our home and they matched up the colors of the blinds perfectly with the existing trim around the windows. The installation was flawless and the blinds look amazing even after all these years. Having the wood blinds in all of our windows has added such a feeling of warmth and continuity throughout our home, we absolutely love them. Recently we went back to Timms to get a window treatment for our back door. They recommended a cordless honeycomb shade and again we experienced the same level of personalized attention and professionalism that we had in the past even though it was just one window. In an age where so many of our services are done by large impersonal businesses, it's quite refreshing to deal with a family owned business that is does such an amazing job. Over the past ten years, Timm's have provided me with cornices, plantation shutters, wood blinds and silhouette shades. Each time I called upon them, all phases of the job were handled/completed in a timely, professional manner while still being "price friendly". I had just redone my bathroom and needed a window treatment, even though it was only one window they took the same time and care as if I was doing the entire house.
