I had not worked with Specialty Drapery before 2016 but was referred to them by a well-established interior designer in New York. Debbie is the owner and has been my point of contact. She, personally, measured for all the curtains, Roman shades, curtain hardware, window seat cushions and bed skirts needed for this decorating project. She is very professional and responsive over email and by phone. Her work is beautiful, on time and she is very flexible about coordinating installations at times convenient for the client. Since I am based in Georgia and this job is in Virginia, we have actually only met once but everything has turned out fabulously.

We purchaed their Lutron cordless shades with remote, ability to program times shades go up and down. We liked the product so much we did most of the rooms in our hose. Service has been excellent. They are responsive and helpful shades block 95% of UV but can see through them. Extremely quiet!

Our project manager was thorough, detailed oriented and very organized. Great eye for detail and execution. We chose LuxOut Shades with automation. They are exquisite.

Everything they have done for us have been very satisfactory. They we very professional. She came out and measured and then installed the custom designs. We are very pleased with the shades. I would recommend to family and friends.

Specialty Drapery offers expert advice and guidance when the time comes to re-decorate your home. I relied heavily on their help in making all the decisions needed in selecting new living room drapes and two cornice boards. The results certainly rank among the best in our metropolitan area and have been absolutely trouble free since the day of installation. I couldn't have asked for a more attractive outcome.

They did a great job. Overall the project was good. I have no complaints with it. They had great dialogue to help us make the decision. I would recommend to family and friends. I would use them again if I needed to.
