As part of out kitchen remodel we wanted special glass for our distressed hickory cabinet. We went to two glass places and were discouraged. We called Pioneer and decided to go take a look. We were so pleased we did. He explained the different types of glass and the finished product is spectacular. Thanks so much.

We used Pioneer to replace a mirror in the hutch to our triple dresser. We received a call shortly after dropping the piece off indicating that they mistakenly used the wrong length of staples and the stapes went through the finished wood on the front of the hutch. They were very apologetic and refunded our money for the mirror but this piece of furniture was solid wood and was over 50 years old. The piece was ruined.

I nave used the services of Pioneer Glass and window fashions several times for mirror glass, glass shelving and vertical blinds for our new office, their attention to detail from the times we met to go over the best products to fit our needs and ordering was in my opinion unparalleled in the industry, it was also a very timely turn around to receive and install the products, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Pioneer Glass provided restoration glass to match old glass in an 1833 house restoration that I supervised. When we had a glitch in schedule and needed glass more quickly, they accommodated with a quick turnaround and all the panes cut exactly to size. It was a pleasure dealing with this company.

I am a preservation carpenter working to maintain a historic building in Boston. Pioneer glass was able to help when all the other glass suppliers could not. We needed a particular glass to repair a paneled glass door and Dave was able to give us several options, he was very well informed about the different types of restoration glass and ways to do safety glass. He also listened to what our particular situation was and helped us find answers for our problem. I am planning to use him in the future whenever we need glass for our 1713 building. His work was professional and well priced.

Communicatiion was great and the process was seamless. They sent samples to me so I could I see which glass I needed. They had the exact glass I needed and it was a perfect match. If you're looking for historically correct glass for restoration purposes, Pioneer Glass is an exceptional company. Not only do they guide you to the appropriate window glass for the application, they provide a video on-line illustrating the variety of antique glass, with each type of era-specific reproductions. With our description and their expertise, they recommended the correct one.. An exact replica of glass was imperative because it was to replace one of four large, original panes in the original window. It is astounding how exact the custom piece is, and once painted there will be no way of discerning which pane wasn't original to the window. Pioneer Glass stands alone for outstanding service and an amazing niche product.

Great company and good communication. They came out to a pre-purchased home for a quote on new windows. They arrived on time and gave several options. The estimate was timely and the price seemed reasonable. None of the windows were standard size and shapes. They were all custom fit. After purchase they delivered the windows on time and installation went smoothly. One window was delivered broken. It was replaced and installed a week later. The windows are beautiful and you cannot tell they were replaced. The window treatments(drapes) they offer are very diverse and the patterns are beautiful.
