Our project was to replace all (24) of the previous owner’s shades in our house with Smith & Noble window treatments. Throughout the process, Maryellen was a partner, providing her expertise taking into account our preferences & combining them with styles & colors to best fit our furniture & decor. Given the size of the project, there were some expected issues but Maryellen quickly addressed & resolved them to our satisfaction. In addition, Joel & Debbie, the installation team that Maryellen chose, were thoroughly competent & professional. Maryellen was a pleasure to work with & we highly recommend her.

Maryellen helped me pick out blinds for my beach house. She was wonderful from start to finish! She has an eye for color/design and was very helpful in offering advice on what would look best in the house. She was patient,professional and responsive to any questions/concerns I had. We purchased our townhome in 2005. Since it was less than 5 years old at the time of purchase, there was little to do but paint. Over the last 16 years we have re-painted ourselves, put up inexpensive window treatments and replaced appliances. However, we recently decided to make upgrades throughout which included professional painters and a designer. We had gotten a Smith and Noble catalogue in the mail; was impressed with the quality displayed within. I met with Maryellen late September. She was easy to get along with, had GREAT ideas, taste and style. It was like spending time with an old friend. Maryellen is extremely detail-oriented. Every part of the shades and drapes project was meticulously discussed. She made suggestions but was completely open to my vision; seeming to understand exactly what I was talking about even when I was not sure myself. It all came together this week. OMG, I cannot say enough about the finished product and the superior installers, Joel and Debbie, Maryellen provided. Maryellen's attention to detail was followed by these talented installers...really designers, as well. Our windows and ceiling are not exactly even.
