London Stitchery

I used Tracey at London Stitchery to make living and dining room drapes using some existing fabric, along with fabric I chose from Tracey. I shoukd have known they would be a disaster when it took her SIX months to deliver them. When she finally came with the installer, i looked at them while still in the plastic bag, and immediately disliked them. The two fabrics were horribly mismatched, she used a basting stitch to finish the opening of the drapes, and she used way more existing fabric than I wanted and did not place the fabric at the top of the drapes, as indicated in the proposal. What a mistake it was to use her and a complete waste of thousands of dollars. She told me it was my fault, that I chose the fabric (I did, it was one of the top two fabrics she selected for me based on my budget.) Further she told me this was nothing that money couldn't fix. My recommendation is to stay away from Tracey and London Stitchery. I learned the hard way.

I have worked with London Stitchery and she is very detail oriented, and fair pricing. Quickly responds to my inquiries, and truly wants her clients to be happy. I highly recommend London Stitchery. I will definitely use again.

Tracey's job was small, but important to me. I had 2 small 100 knot Tibetan rugs that I wanted to make into throw pillows, not such an easy feat. They came out beautifully. Nuff said!

A breath of fresh air!. London Stitchery fabricated a fairly intricate fitted duvet/coverlet for my bed. Tracey was on-time, full of creative solutions to accommodate an unusual bed frame and headboard, and frankly hilarious to work with! Her quick "British" wit was only surpassed by her detailed work and desire to get my job done right. I have recommended her regularly for any type of soft-goods fabrication. You wont be disappointed

I had the pleasure of meeting Tracy when she was referred to me by a dear friend who she had done work for. I was looking to have some custom upholstery work done at my home and had been looking around for someone who would give me personal attention and high quality professional work. Tracy and London Stitchery delivered on all of those points. I went in with an idea of what fabrics I wanted and was pleasantly surprised when Tracy took the time to help point me to not only different colors and patterns, but types of fabrics I might not have considered. The finished project was more than I had hoped for, high quality and delivered timely and installed with care by Tracy herself.
