JM Window Treatments Furniture & Design

Michelle did a great job on our project, working with us remotely as we put window treatments on our second home on the North Fork. The quality is great.

I used JM Window Treatment and Design for drapes and blinds. They are now helping me with furniture, rugs and room layout, presenting me with many options. Michelle and her assistants are very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Michele gave me excellent guidance in picking the right shade for me Ryan hung my new shades perfectly Together they made my experience very easy and very satisfying!!!

As a new homeowner in the Hamptons, I was looking for a local designer to help with window treatments for my husband’s office. I only wanted to have roman shades made but then realized, I needed help in other areas as well. While doing a Google search, I was lucky enough to come across Michele’s name from JM Window Treatments & Design, and the rest is history. I was so pleased with how the window treatments turned out, I then commissioned her to make bed skirts and headboards for my three bedrooms. Since then, Michele has helped me with carpeting, paint, carpentry, custom pillows and plantation shutters. I am thrilled with everything she has done. Michele is thorough and stands behind all her work, and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Needless to say, I don’t know where I would be without her.

Michelle was great! We love how our custom Roman Shade came out for our bedroom. She helped to pick out the perfect fabric, her installers were exceptional snd she met our tight deadline. We would highly recommend her.

Michele Colondona was a great find! (And we're pretty picky customers)... Michele was easy to work with, efficient, and highly professional. Plus she has great design sense. Our blind mechanism was a bit flawed (due to the manufacturer), and Michele was just amazing in working with us to make sure the problem was resolved. At no cost to us. She offers old school service that's hard to find today. Can't recommend her enough.

My experience with Michele Colondona, of JM Window Treatments and Design, was one for the record books!!! Having worked with a vast number of contractors and sales reps in my 67 years, I can say, hands down, that my experience with Michele could not have gone better. Truth be told, I didn't want to work with a company that wasn't in my immediate area but the fact that Michele would have to spend 45 minutes driving to see me didn't deter her one bit! Her company was only one of two, and believe me I shopped around, that was willing to make my out of the box cornice come to life. Michele was always punctual, professional and above all honest. If she said she was going to contact me, she did, whether by phone, text or email. When I was on the fence about how I wanted the fabrics in my cornice arranged, Michele went to the warehouse numerous times to rearrange the materials until I was satisfied. She has the patience of a saint! Along with Michelle, came her installer, John, who also was always prompt, professional and adept at what he did. After the installation was completed, Michele contacted me twice to make sure I was completely happy with the end result. Unfortunately, once contractors are paid, they usually don't bother to check in, My advice to any one reading this review is to NOT bother going crazy trying to find the right person to handle all your window treatment needs. Michele is your girl! I guarantee you, you won't be sorry!
