I was presently surprised and delighted with this company. From the very first phone call, they were professional, helpful and friendly. They were extremely knowledgeable and were able to help me decide on what would work best for my home. Which helped greatly since my knowledge of interior design consists of what I have seen on HGTV. Lol! I was able to get quality blinds at a great deal that worked within my budget, and they look fabulous! On the day of the install, they were on time and courteous. They were careful when working. I was originally worried about some of my more delicate belongings being in the way or that they might get accidentally broken, but in the end I was worried for nothing. The pair worked carefully and delicately the entire time. They were also extremely efficient and was done in no time. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and I will definitely going back to them should I need their services again in the future.

Gotcha Covered of CPC was great; can't recommend them enough! I found them online and was in instant contact with Lori, the owner. The entire process was a lot less painless than I thought it would be, as I can be a tad bit picky and indecisive. Lori came out to my condo and she came prepared. She quickly took measurements, showed me samples and listened closely to what my wants and needs were and matched them to my budget. And although there was absolutely no pressure to buy, I placed my order and felt very confident I had made the right decision. A few weeks later she was back to do the install and they look FABULOUS; I couldn't be happier! They definitely exceeded my expectations! Customer service was well above the rest and even though in my mind it was only a small little blind order, Lori made me feel as if I was her top priority. Fantastic service and great company. They came out when it was convenient for me to measure and match the blinds that needed to be replaced. They sent me a bid within 24 hours and got them ordered and installed quickly. We'd recommend them and use them again!
