Susan was absolutely perfect! Love the work she did and recommended. Blinds are wonderful and look even better. She is very professional and has a great personality. Would recommend highly. Very happy and our windows are pretty exciting!

Susan helped me select a window shade and fabric for our master bedroom windows, then made the fabric into beautiful draperies with coordinating pillows. The draperies are beautiful and the craftsmanship is superb. She has excellent design sense and really listens to the client. Susan will work within your budget; there are no surprises. Susan is a great designer very easy to work with! She was accommodating of my schedule and always kept me up to date with any changes throughout project. Her installation team was very professional and respectful of my home. This was the second time I have worked with "Exciting Windows," and I highly recommend the company. The communication response time is extremely quick and that is a must in my book!

I called Susan to do plantation shutters in my home. Plantation Shutters are expensive. In 2014 I replaced 4 window covers with the shutters and loved them. In 2015 I had Susan do plantation shutters on 2 big windows in the front of my home. They look amazing. Her installer was very professional. I have more work planned for Susan in the future.

When my wife and I began looking for window treatments for our new home, we asked for referrals from neighbors and friends. One name that continuously came up was ExcitingWindows by Susan Day. Based on those recommendations we asked Susan to come to our home. We were very pleased that Susan listened to our needs, provided a variety of options and then measured and showed us samples. After selections were made, Susan delivered a quote to us outlining the individual and total costs including tax and labor. Soon after, we placed our order and Susan delivered and installed the materials within the time she had specified. The results were amazing. I have used Susan on a number of rooms, and have been pleased every time. The first time I contacted her, I really had no idea what style or fabric I wanted for my living room. She took her time with me, and came up with a great design and finding that right fabric ended up being painless for me. Her installation staff is wonderful too, he knows what he's doing and has everything cleaned up when he leaves.

Have had the opportunity to use Susan's services and make purchases on two separate occasions. Have been very happy with the results...Professional, knowledgeable, timely, courteous, tenacious and very good at what she does! I have the coolest new shades that work with a program from my phone and will be great for energy conservation and are so very stylish in my two recently completed rooms. THANK YOU for all your help!
