Budget Blinds of Redding wants $125 more to relace a faulty shutter. Recently purchased expensive wood shutter panel started malfunctioning, would either stay closed or completely open. When tried to adjust in between would flop completely open. Called Budget Blinds of Redding. They will come out and access the problem, replace shutter panel if necessary. However, there will be a $125 service charge to cover "gas and other expenses"!!!! I will never use this company again. Budget Blinds of Redding really looks out for.............. themselves, not you the customer.

Ronald & Beverly Crivelli

We love our shutter, they are very functional and easy to maintain. In the hot summer days they keep the heat out that shins on our front windows that face sun all day. We have also found out the help keep the cold days of winter. Not only are they functional, they are elegant looking. We have the ones that are split so we can have half of them open and bottom closed for privacy. Clean looking. So easy to dust or wipe down. We would highly recommend them.
