Rob and his team were professional and informative throughout the whole process. I enjoyed the reminder cards keeping me updated on the delivery status. Fraser and Chuck were great during the installation! Definitely recommend. Had a few quotes and price couldn't be bear.

From beginning to end, Rob and his team were extremely professional and courteous. My custom-made shutters took about 9 wks. Within one week of my order, i had another visit from the company to be certain all the measurements were accurate. Measure twice, cut once! The attention to detail and ease of communication with the company made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I definitely made the right choice! Thank you for everything!!

I am very dissatisfied with my whole experience with Budget Blinds , from the very beginning when Rob came out it appeared good at that time but boy was I mislead. I experienced nothing but trouble with my order from not having the correct hardware not having the complete order, the worst I really mean the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. After 4 months of waiting to get my shudders installed and paying over $2000 it still not 100% correct. And you might think Rob {the sales person and possible the owner } would call and offer some type of compensation oh thats right he did he just never followed through with that promise, so you can add untruthfulness to the company core values. Big Big mistake if you use this company for shudders , run and run fast from them.
