Outstanding product -- Signature Blinds, cordless top/bottom sectioned, modern lines, inserted into window openings precisely; no more outdated curtains/drapes/rods! We highly recommend investing in the full honeycomb top section to maximize privacy and AC/heat savings. We installed within all nine of windows (1,200 sq ft 2 bd/2bth condominium) with a marked difference in utility savings and external noise abatement.

Roxana Rotaru is the BEST and we would highly recommend Budget Blinds to anyone looking for a professional in this field. The people we bought our house from came to see the Plantation Shutters Roxana helped us pick out and they called her immediately and had the same shutters put in their new house. Roxana is patient, kind and does not try to over-sell you. We moved here from Arizona and I was totally over-whelmed with the move, trying to get settled and she was there for us and made this transition so easyt. We put shutters in almost every room in our house and absolutely LOVE them. The installers were so great, measured everything perfectly and the installation was perfect.
