I contacted Blind Spot to assist with a bid for shutters. Jeannie came out and was efficient and friendly. She matched the new shutters with the shutters I have in my house already. She gave me a great price and the installation crew (4 weeks later) did a great job. Highly recommend this company.

The Blind Spot is the ONLY company to hire to design and install Blinds and Shutters for your house! The owners and staff of the Company are very professional, sincere, helpful and stand by all their work! We recently moved into a brand new home and had get window treatments for all the windows. This was a huge and overwhelming project for me. Jeannie made the process super easy and fun! She helped me with design in each of my rooms, and worked around my budget to come up with beautiful results. I love all my window treatments and continue to get compliments on them regularly. I would hands down recommend this Company to anyone interested in getting new blinds or replacing/updating old ones.

Jeannie put shutters and Hunter Douglas window coverings in my 3,500 sq. house. She helped me pick out the color of my Silhouettes, which I love. Thanks Jeannie! Her prices were way lower than lowes and home depot. Her customer service is excellent. I would recommend her to anyone looking for window coverings from an honest retailer with fantastic interior design taste. Her husband Tom did the install and he is the nicest guy ever.

Jeannie Noll from Blind Spot is a consummate professional. When entering our home, she first removed her shoes in favor of slippers in order to prevent tracking in any dirt. She did all of the measuring for shutters for eleven windows within about 30 minutes and about the same amount of time to put her bid together for us to consider. We chose Blind Spot for this job because of the very good experience we had a few years ago when we purchased shutters for three other windows. We highly recommend Jeannie and Blind Spot for your window covering needs. Our appointment ended with her saying, "Thanks so much for your business."

I highly recommend Blind Spot. I have hired this company every time I need new window coverings and have always had excellent customer service from the design service to installation. I have recommended them to many family members and friends and all have been completely thrilled with the level of service they have received and love their window coverings. It's also comforting to know that they have been in business for a long time so I know they will be around when I need them in the future.

We have hunter Douglas blinds at home. 2 of them weren't working properly. We went to the blind spot in Rocklin and told us to to go to the repair center shop in downtown Roseville. The people was great, very kind and professional. Our blinds were fixed within 2 weeks an we weren't to pick them up our repair cost was 0 how amazing is that!!
