We installed new Hunter Douglas blinds throughout our recently completed whole house renovation and are completely thrilled with the look and function. The one blind that was malfunctioning during installation was reordered before we’d even inspected it and Laurie replaced another because of some off color threading that simply wasn’t up to her appearance standards (we hadn’t noticed until she pointed it out). The 5% more that we paid for this quality of blind, the effort helping us choose a model, and installation service was worth every penny. I've worked with Laurie over a period of eight months purchasing blinds three different times. She is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable.
