I had the pleasure of working with Jamie from Acadia Shutters and I cannot recommend him and them highly enough. Jamie took time to understand our needs and preferences, patiently answering my endless questions and providing valuable insights into the various options available. His knowledge of window treatments is impressive, and with his attention to detail he guided us through the selection process with ease. The first time we reached out to Acadia Shutters was because our dog broke a window trying to get a chipmunk on the other side. We decided plantation shutters could be helpful in preventing another broken window. Jamie was incredibly respectful of our budget and decision to only address the problem windows, we never felt any pressure to make a purchase or address other windows. The plantation shutters arrived quickly, scheduling installation was simple, the installation team was careful, skilled, and friendly, the shutters look great, and our dog hasn’t jumped on them once. I just wish we hadn’t waited until the window broke before we called Acadia Shutters. We were so pleased with our experience we are now ordering another window treatment. Again, Jamie’s in-depth knowledge of the products made our decisions much easier and I am confident we will be just as pleased with the final appearance and function. Highly recommend Acadia Shutters Shades & Blinds. Moving into our new home we were in need of window treatments. From initial contact online for a consultation to final install our experience was seamless. Our sales consultant Jamie was professional and able to answer all of our questions. He provided us with a quote within 24 hours. He even came back out to our house with additional samples when I thought I might want to go with a different window treatment. Our installer was efficient and professional. He even trimmed and mounted the cords on the garage shades. We shopped around and compared to the other companies out there Acadia had the best prices, and Acadia was also the most responsive.
