You have to hire these guys! We had nightmare after nightmare with another contractor. Then tried hiring various trade people separately ourselves but then the election would screw up what the plumber was doing. And the Sheetrock guy would finish an area prior to the wiring being finished etc. Then we met the owners of WS Design & Build Inc. and we thought very highly of them right away. We hired them to do the rest of the job, which also included undoing some of the previous work that had been done wrong. Their work is top notch, they show up when they say they will, they respected and took care of our home as to not damage anything, and they communicate amongst themselves to coordinate each aspect of the job! We wish we had met them sooner! We have already hired them for three additional jobs at our house that will be started soon!

Everybody loves their new remodel during the “honeymoon phase” but do you love it almost 3 years later? I can say YES!! We met with multiple contractors and selected William Snyder after our interview process. WS Design & Build Inc. remodeled our kitchen in February of 2021 and we are thrilled with the transformation. They were very professional and involved in every aspect of our project. We began with Kelly for our design. She gave suggestions and guided us to create our dream kitchen without removing walls. Kelly met us in stores for colors, countertop selection and in our home to create our vision. The colors allow me to decorate for every holiday! Jesse took the time to explain new features of our kitchen and add finishing touches for a completed look. He answered all our questions and didn’t make us feel like just another project. William was very personable and efficient in guiding his team through the remodel. Did we have a setback? Yes, what remodel doesn’t have issues. One of our cabinets was damaged from the manufacturer, but William didn’t let us down. He continued the remodel while reordering the cabinet and still had our kitchen ready by his expected completion date. During the process we found little things that we wanted changed and he worked with us to implement our changes. We highly recommend WS Design & Build INc. for your next home remodel project!

We have been working with William and his team for the last month on a project in the Poconos and had the best experience. Communication is one of the best parts about this design team. They are on top of every order, every timeline, and communicating a plan as they go. There was never a response that wasn’t answered within 24hrs and typically they were back to us in minutes to hours. They do quality work and if you are able to make quick decisions, they will not skip a beat in getting the job done. They understand customer service and definitely aim to please. My latest projects were new windows, water heater and thermostat. Everything was done efficiently , and the results proved to be functionally better and cost- efficient for maintaining my home.We were able to plan projects and pricing easily, and Bill and his team arrived on the designated date on time and immediately went to work. Very polite and industrious employees. Clean up was sparkling! I have used his company for other home projects in the past (remodeled kitchen and bathroom), and everything came out better than expected. I could not be happier and I would highly recommend him.

A MIRACULOUS TRANSFORMATION After thirty years of use, our deck was in horrible condition. Although the old structure was stained annually, it appeared outdated and small. Therefore, a decision was made to demolish and modernize. We chose WS DESIGN and BUILD INC. to do the work. William Snyder along with his design consultant helps to draw up a plan and select the best materials to fit your budget. Together we chose the materials and style. We decided on composite decking with unique railings. We began to really trust our decision to use WS DESIGN as soon as the building began. We noticed solid construction beginning with the concrete pylons. This high quality of construction followed throughout the project. Bill and team did a fantastic job giving our 200+ year old farm home a kitchen face lift. Replaced tile, Kitchen Island with an 8' table top, new cabinets backsplash and paint. Bill communicated and completed the project on time even during these difficult times where procuring building materials is challenging.

Not only did they give us a brand new kitchen and powder room, but their design plan opened up a small space giving us better flow and more room than we ever thought we could have. The drab to fab kitchen project was ours, from start to finish Bill & Cait were there to answer all of our questions and concerns, all of Bill's contractors sent to our house were very polite and cleaned up each day after they completed their work. the kitchen came out spectacular, Cait worked with me on every aspect of the design, paying particular attention to the pantry that was one of the main focus points of the project. It was built exactly how I had hoped it would be. The only hold up on the kitchen was the immediate availability of the appliances, (not WS Design's fault), it all worked out and they completed the kitchen without delay once the appliances were delivered. Jerry and I would and have recommended WS Design to several of our friends when they are ready to start on a project they have been dreaming of. Thanks to all of the staff at WS Design, Cait, Bill & Mike for building us our dream kitchen.

The design services provided by Marley Loftus was just what we were looking for to get our ideas on paper. Three visits and some other communications got us to a bathroom design that captured our ideas and some basic details on the materials we'd be looking for to get the job done. Planning to do much of the work ourselves, we still wanted a good design to drive our ideas forward and be able to share with other help. This is what we needed. From this we have dimensions to make the product selection and ordering. Synder will only do that for you if you contract with them for the construction.

Bathroom remodel. New plumbing pipes. New electrical. Rerouted electrical. Excellent painting and trim work. Excellent materials. Pleasant workers. Great cleanup.

We were very satisfied overall, with our kitchen renovation. The design and construction teams were easy to work with, knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. They arrived when scheduled, and notified us of any changes in schedule, and generally kept us informed about the project status. The project was kept within our planned budget (no surprises!). We would definitely recommend this contractor for a kitchen renovation.

We recently hired William Snyder Construction to tile our kitchen backsplash. William is very talented and a true craftsman. Very precise and meticulous with his work. William and his crew are friendly and professional in every way, a joy to work with. They clean up at the end of every day. We also had a few tiles replaced in our foyer that had cracked some years ago. Surprisingly, it was a rather clean and dust-free process when they removed the cracked tiles. We are very happy with both of the completed projects. We will be hiring William and his crew again to do a complete bathroom renovation.

We recently renovated our main bathroom and hired William Snyder Construction to come in and install our jacuzzi tub and tub kit, as well as hook up the plumbing. He also installed 2 toilets and a new well pump for us. We are very pleased with the work that was done! They showed up on time and worked diligently to get all the work completed. Recently our basement sink was leaking water everywhere, it was a nightmare. We called William Snyder Construction and they came the very next day to fix the problem. They had the issue fixed and the area cleaned up in no time. We were very happy with their work and we will definitely be using them again in the future.

Bill is a very nice and friendly guy, the tile work on our shower turned out beautifully. He isn't cheap (though not super expensive either) but that's because he does quality work - and they did it pretty quickly. We'll use him again for any renovation needs and will recommend him to others.

My friend, an architect, connected me with William Snyder Construction when we needed a deck and porch replaced at our residence in the Poconos. Our house is a Lindal Cedar contemporary, and I am very particular about maintaining its function and appearance. Mr. Snyder (Bill) responded promptly to my request for an estimate, and all subsequent transactions were handled efficiently mainly via email and text messaging. Bill and his crew arrived at the appointed time and, under Bill's direction, removed the existing structures and replaced them with new construction. In early 2017, we again hired William Snyder Construction to install drain plumbing in our (concrete) basement floor as part of a new bathroom installation. Met with builder to discuss project. He brought incentive and creativity to the project, was considerate of the budget I projected, and was very efficient in completing the task. I have used William Snyder Construction for all of my house repair and installation needs. Anything from minor plumbing and Hot water heater replacement to installing a new roof and much more. All of the work was high quallity and done to fit my schedule needs. I recently had my hot water heater start leaking and they came out the same day to replace it. I highly recommend.

Bill and his team installed a central air-conditioning system in our upstaIrs. They did an amazing job, finishing the work in 2 days, in 95 degree heat. The system worked great from the very beginning, and still like new. The job was so clean, and professionally completed, you could hardly tell anyone had done work on the house. He comes back annually and checks and cleans the system at no charge. William Snyder guarantees all of his work. A true craftsman. I highly recommend.

We hired William Snyder Construction for our basement remodel, we had an empty basement and they put in several rooms, framed and dry walled, did the electric and put in a bathroom. We got several estimates before deciding on William Snyder Construction, their estimate was the most professional and they were willing to work with our budget. They worked quickly and the work is good quality. They dealt with our changes well and stuck to the budget we agreed on. Any issues were quickly addressed. If we need any other work I would hire this company again as they were professional, punctual and trustworthy!

I hired William Snyder Construction to turn our old woodshed into a bathroom. He and his team did a great job! We have a very old house (1859) and he understands the challenges that come with this type of renovation. William stuck with the contracted price of the project so there were no surprises. He offered helpful design suggestions when I wasn't quite sure what I wanted. His assistant, Casey and I collaborated on the project using photos from Houzz to help in the design process. William and his team were professional and friendly. We have future projects planned and will use William Snyder Construction for them.

William Snyder Construction rebuilt our deck, a huge 30 x 60 deck with two layers. We wanted something with low maintenance and utilizing ramps rather than stairs (we have a wheelchair user in our home). They also remodeled our great room, removing a wall and installing beautiful laminate flooring. The finished product was well done including trim details. The materials were top-quality and their pricing was competitive. Definitely would hire them again, and probably will for our commercial building.

William Snyder Construction provided a very fast and detailed quote, modified the quote quickly when we changed our mind on tile/design, started the project quickly, arrived when they said they would, did an outstanding job, and cleaned up like they'd never been there. I highly recommend them.

It's hard to find a good contractor in my area to even return calls or be willing to give you quotes, but William Snyder didn't hesitate. Bill and his team are very friendly and professional, they do excellent work and were very helpful in answering any questions or concerns that I had. The roof over my deck is definitely going to get me the shade that I need, looking forward to having the deck stained and screened in.
