Lynn Goss, would you mind posting some pictures of your project? We are also closing on a Longboat Key Condo in April and are doing some diligence on contractors for the remodeling we intend to do post close. Thanks in advance.

I am just thrilled with the renovation of my Longboat Key Condominium! I got the recommendation from my cousins who used Westin Hills for their renovation and were very pleased with the result. From the first phone call, I knew I would feel comfortable working with Jeremy, so I "signed up" to work with Westin Hills. Both Jeremy and Kristen made the whole process very easy for me, as I am in Ohio most of the time. I appreciated their attention to detail on everything from the initial proposal to the last little bit of paint that might have needed a touch-up. It is easy to trust that they will do everything to perfection. The workmanship of their subcontractors was extraordinary. I had some very intricate tile work, trim work and a beautiful walnut countertop installed and it is all just STUNNING. They worked so hard for me to actually get the countertop because of a shortage of walnut. It took a long time, but it was so worth the wait! Both Jeremy and Kristen are "salt of the earth" human beings who are friendly, professional and smart. I really appreciate those qualities because I know that they'll do great work and do the right thing...always. I just can't thank them enough for everything...my home is BEAUTIFUL and I HIGHLY recommend Westin Hills! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Our 2 Br condo renovation took a turn in the 11th hour when a coveted 3 bedroom unit became available in our building. We were under contract with Westin Hills to start construction and I was dreading the call to Jeremy to let him know of our desire to stop the planning for the project and upgrade condos. He couldn't have been more gracious and understanding and was genuinely happy for us that we were getting the condo we wanted even though he had significant time invested in planning for our 2 bedroom condo. The new condo also needed a renovation and he was immediately available to offer his thoughts. We started the planning process again with the 3 bedroom condo. His proposal was very detailed and left nothing for interpretation. It's not easy working within the guidelines of condo associations, but Jeremy and his team were awesome. They were respectful of the rules and time frames they were constrained with and very aware of cleaning up after themselves on a daily basis. Our maintenance supervisor complimented them and mentioned he wished the other contractors were so vigilant in their efforts to work within the rules. Our project was not just a fresh coat of paint and some new flooring. We raised ceilings and took out walls. It was a total gut from top to bottom of a 1980s style of condominium. While its not easy going through a renovation from 1000 miles away they did a great job with communication. They were available at any time with a simple phone call, text or email. The project is now complete and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. During the walk through it was comforting to see them point out things they want to address without us noticing it first. They still have plans to come back during next construction season to finalize some small details. It says a lot about a person when they are still striving to make you satisfied even after they have been paid. Overall, we had a great experience from beginning to end and I would recommend Jeremy and his team for any remodel or home building project.

Jeremy and Kristen did an outstanding job on our condo remodel, completely transforming our 1975 unit into a modern open layout that seems to have increased our space by 50%! They were on time, on budget, and had many great design ideas along the way, including an accent wall in the kitchen that matched the backsplash! We had a very tight schedule due to HOA rules that only allowed construction from April 15- Dec 15th. Westin Hills experience from doing several other remodels at The Pointe really paid off as they re-located walls, updated plumbing in two bathrooms and the kitchen, and managed all the necessary permits and approvals. I would highly recommend Westin Hills.

Absolutely wonderful!!! Could not believe the transformation from what our condo unit was to what it is now. Jeremy and his project manager Kristen were as professional as could be. They listened, listened, and listened to what we were wanting and not wanting. Once they had that understanding a very comprehensive plan was written up, reviewed, and put into motion. When asked, they made recommendations based on their experiences. The whole thing went very well from the tear down of the existing structure to the re-build. Couldn't have gotten anything or anybody better. I would highly recommend Westin Hills if you are looking for a very pleasant experience for home / condo remodeling.

Highest compliments to this outstanding, professional team who completely renovated our 1950's era condo. Top quality workmanship, stayed on budget yet responsive to my change order requests, great design and decorating advice, and they went the extra mile to meet condo association rules regarding construction dos and don'ts. Our home is now a showplace with open space, modern conveniences, strategic lighting and more efficient use of space. Awesome job! Special shout out to Kristen for her loving care and attention to our needs!

I am extremely pleased with the results of my condo renovation. Westin Hills did a superb job and was very accommodating. Jeremy is a perfectionist and pays attention to minute details. Kristen was a delight to work with in making selections. She knows the trade and is helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend Westin Hills to anyone who wants the very best.

We did an extensive remodel of our Siesta Key Home. My husband and I researched and interviewed many companies and could not find anyone who we felt comfortable with or who was willing to work within our timeline or budget. While doing a search on houzz for companies, I found Westin Hills. I was impressed with with their gallery photos of work they had done. I had a definite look I was going for and they worked with me to get the results I wanted. I am so pleased with our beautiful new home. It was finished on time and within our budget! The final look is fabulous. Thanks to Kristen who guided me through all my selections. She was always there to answer my questions and make suggestions. Jeremy and his crew listened to our project goals, worked with us to make sure everything came out as planned. It was a truly pleasurable experience. I highly recommend them and would definitely consider working with them again on future projects.

Jeremy and his staff completed a major home renovation for us that exceeded our expectations. He brought several suggestions to the table that we had not considered and the quality of work was excellent. They finished on time and right on budget which was very important to us. I would not hesitate to work with Jeremy and his outstanding staff again.

We were lucky to find Westin Hills to do a major renovation project for our condominium. I was the chairperson of the committee and I was directly responsible for seeing to it that the work was well executed and completed on time. From the start we put Jeremy through a demanding bidding process and then a long list of Association rules and regulations for him to follow. He was always organized and professional, a pleasure to work with and he completed the job in less time than he originally projected. We are very detail oriented and were not easy clients but we were totally happy with both the process and the end result. I would highly recommend him without reservation.
