Overall, we had a great experience with Welch Builders. Welch did a good job selecting a good architect, so we were happy with the overall design and layout of the house. Furthermore, Welch worked closely with us through the project and was easy to contact regarding changes / issues / challenges. We were ultimately very happy with the final product.

We hired Welch Builders for a major exterior renovation on our 1972 Hunters Creek house in 2017. They did an excellent job on all aspects of the project. Rallin and Brownie were very professional, responsive at all times and were easy to work with. The transformation of our house was truly amazing. Many people have asked us if we had rebuilt on our lot! We were very pleased with Welch Builders and would highly recommend them to others.

Rallin Welch with Welch Builders provided an extremely professional yet easy experience when building our home. My wife and I had very little experience with single family homebuilding yet Rallin kept us very comfortable throughout the entire process, from plan design to final punch. Rallin is extremely honest and was a great resource for questions. The workmanship was fantastic and gets complimented nearly every time someone visits the home. We would highly recommend Welch Builders to anyone.

We hired Welch Builders to do a complete downstairs remodel (kitchen, living room, dining room) as well as a full overhaul of the master bath. Our remodel including large projects such as removing weight bearing walls and expanding beyond an outside upstairs wall to increase living area. We showed Rallin our remodel designs and while he would have followed the designs to a T, he made practical suggestions based on his professional experience. Throughout the process we would ask Rallin for his input on finishing touches and each time we chose to go with his decision we were not disappointed. He was right every time. We are very pleased with our remodel and would recommend his work to a friend.

Welch Builders did a master suite buildout for us and did an excellent job. He built a stairwell (replaced a window with a door) to the 2nd floor for the workmen to enter and exit and closed off the workspace from the rest of the house. The workmen could come and go as needed and we were never bothered. All costs were transparent as he worked his fee as cost plus. Rallin's attention to detail, calm demeanor, and great ideas made him a pleasure to work with. We also added on other projects to the scope and he completed those items as well. We got everything that we hoped for and more!

Rallin Welch builds beautiful homes. His sub-contractors are excellent and if repairs are needed, the problem is solved during the first visit. Everyone in the organization is focused on quality and friendly service. Our experience with Rallin is outstanding; he has become a friend and we still keep in touch with him many years after the purchase for his valuable advice.

I have used Welch Builders & Brokers on several remodeling projects and again when we sold our house in 2014. Welch Builders worked on several remodeling jobs in our home with the largest project involving replacing all windows and doors. It was a large project that took several months. Rallin Welch oversaw the entire project and was very professional. We received a good estimate, the work was finished in a reasonable amount of time and all of the sub contractors were on time and performed quality work. We also used Rallin Welch as our broker during the sale of our home. Again, we were very pleased with his job. Rallin helped price our house competitively, we received a contract on our house within 2 days and closed 15 days later.

They did repair and renovation work for us. It included a new roof, new windows, siding repairs and remodeling of our partially flooded pool/guest house. They were very professional and the project ended pretty close, if not exactly, on time and on budget. We were very pleased with the overall results and would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

I hired Rallin Welch to remodel my home in Jan. 2013. It was a BIG job - gutting the kitchen, bathrooms, hardwood floors, creating a driveway and garage, etc. We had 90 days to complete the project from the day I bought the house until the day my wife and I got married there (the ceremony/reception were held in the home). Needless to say, I was concerned about timing having been through several remodels and home construction projects before. Rallin was great. Within an hour of closing on the house, he had his demolition crew inside the house working to demo the kitchen, bathrooms, walls, etc. He also helped us with several design ideas, stayed on top of his subcontractors, maintained our schedule, and was fair with his charges. Best of all Rallin is an honest man who genuinely cares about his work and his clients' happiness. He still follows up with me even though the project has long since been completed (2 years ago). I would recommend Rallin to anyone looking to hire a new home builder or a contractor to remodel an existing one.
