I've found the team to be extremely detail-oriented, attentive to their clients' needs and very easy to work with. WA Construct has in-house kitchen designers and interior decorators. Hasnain and his team at Wa did a 2nd level addition and remodel of our ranch. We were on a tight schedule and they did everything they could to get us home on time. During covid, with many supply issues, this was no easy task but they pulled it off.

MS Warraich Associates did an excellent job. We have a brand new custom built kitchen. The attention to detail exceeded our expectations. All work was completed timely and as scheduled. We did not encounter any surprises and were kept informed about all work performed. We would highly recommend.

He was very detailed and made us feel very comfortable how he approaches his projects. He works with award-winning architects and even offers a design service rolled into his pricing so you get added value from working with this top notch builder. All the projects he's done are of the highest quality and if we do this work in the future we would definitely use MS Warraich Associates without hesitation.

Full renovation from roof to basement

If you are looking to renovate your house i can highly recommend MS warraich associates.its so hard to trust i guy to do this kind of job because you are spending a lot of money and time but once you talk to Hasnain(owner of the company) all that fear and worries goes away because he’s the type of guy that he cares more of the customer than making profit very honest guy!he will spend time with you from the beginning to the end of the project.this is the company that you can trust 100%.

We hired MS Warraich for our major renovation. It is a new construction on the existing foundation. It is a pretty big job that we don't want to risk. Hiring Hasnain and his team gave us peace of mind. He is on top of everything and has attention to detail. He will suggest what is better but not necessarily pricey. We call that most economical (not cheap). As a realtor with lots of exposure to houses and design, I myself have a passion for interiors. I have an eye for quality. I am glad to be working with Hasnain on my very own home addition/ renovation as he delivered what I have in mind. We are very happy with our newly built house. In fact, I have been recommending him to my clients, family, and friends. He is professional, honest (which is very rare), and easy to work with. You will not feel intimidated talking to him. He will suggest what is good in his opinion but the final decision will always be yours. He will keep your project on time and within budget. You will have one less headache if you hire this guy. He will do the thinking for you. :)

MS Warraich did a complete renovation for my house and turned it from a boring old looking home to an amazing modern looking house. We flipped a small traditional looking kitchen to a open concept kitchen and made my space more spacious, also complete transformation of two bathrooms. Mr. Hasnain has a lot of experience and knowledge in this field explained to me every details and recommendation that made my house very space useful and convenience. I have hired Mr Husnain (Wariach Construction) to do renovation on a property our practice bought (MEDICAL OFFICE). He has lived to his words and contract with time and quality of work. He took pride in his work as he kept the standard and quality of work up. More over he went out of the way to make this job done in time. His team was equally committed to the goal and did not let busy office close for a day. He and his construction team have put themselves to inconvenience to have my office staff focused on their work without interruption. The value much more than paid for.
