Just wanted to thank visionary home remodeling for ,making our kitchen the new and favorite hang out spot in our home. After meeting with 5 different construction companies, we chose to go with Tom and his team. From our first meeting, we felt that we are dealing with an experienced contractor. Tom was very knowledgeable and gave great design ideas.(3d design that they did really helped). Tom wasn't pushy or aggressive throughout our 3 consult meeting we had with him. The project went pretty smooth ,even when we had a few hiccups ,Tom kept us on the loop and solved the issues quickly. We were very impressed with the communication with all the trades involved with us the clients,this was the key to our successful kitchen remodel. I would definitely recommend visionary home remodeling for your next project

We are happy we chose VHR for our kitchen remodel. VHR was responsive, flexible and were able to accommodate last-minute changes. I cannot say enough about the workmanship and attention to detail by the crew. They kept all tidy work area after they left every day. We are excited to be in our new kitchen and will definitely reach out to Tom and his crew for future remodels.

I reached out to Tom Visionary Home Remodeling to update our Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedroom, Living Room, and electrical panel. There were some miscommunications in the beginning especially with the renderer. However, things improved once the project got underway. The foreman and his crew kept a clean workspace throughout and they finished in a really fast pace. There were delays with some of the materials but that was out of their hands. Without the supply delays they would have finished weeks before the project end date. Overall, we are really happy with the work that they did and we love being in the new space. They are at the top of our list when we move on to the next phase of our remodel.

We called them to get a quote for doing a bathroom remodeling job. They gave us very appropriate estimates and gave unique suggestions to make maximum utilization of the limited space available in our bathroom. Thank you, guys, for installing such amazing tiles, and bathroom accessories at our home. Also, the newly designed cupboards are much more spacious and are made up of the best quality material. I wanted to write this review if you're considering using Visionary. Often times you hear horror stories about a GC not completing the work or standing by their work whatsoever. Tom, the owner of Visionary is not one of those GC's. I was worried when some of the subs doing my job left the site having done less than stellar work, that I would be added to the list of disgruntled consumers with a GC horror story. Well, Tom stepped up. He came out to my house to inspect the work, understood my concerns, brought out an entirely new crew, and redid the work in question at no cost to me! He said he would do it and do it right, and he did. The finished job turned out great and we couldn't be happier. Tom is a stand up guy and a man of his word. We had windows and doors replaced throughout, new stucco on the entire exterior, and treated wood applications on various exterior locations as well. I've included some photos of the work here. Thanks again Tom!

Wow ! Bravo ! I relocated to San Francisco due to a base transfer for work and I had a hard time settling in and looking for a dependable team to remodel my apartment. I was recommended by this team through a co worker. I really loved the remodelation they did on there home. I was initially contacted by Tom but had the pleasure of working with the amazing Ami! When moving into my apartment I was advised I had a mild mold issue. This team came in and helped with restoration and mold issue- what a huge relief ! This team was a one stop shop. In addition, I moved forward with a full remodel of the bathroom and kitchen. The team was very friendly, dependable, efficient with the deadline, and easy to communicate with. Thank you again.
