We would highly recommend TVI - Vlad and his team are great experts and impeccable professionals. Our renovation process was very smooth, and communication flawless throughout all stages. Vlad and all his team were always available to answer our questions and were a great support in expert recommendations on supplies and materials. And the most precious quality of all (especially in Miami) is that the teams were always on time! The usual headache of a renovation turned out for us into a very enjoyable and fun experience. We would definitely only use TVI for any future projects.

We used TVI construction company for a very extensive complete condo renovation during the height of Covid pandemic. Needless to say that not only Covid restrictions to access our building, terrible situation with bottle neck supply chain and fact that during this whole project we were living in a different state a few thousand miles away. TVI construction were able to do this whole project on a timely manner, prompt. Their estimate that was done by owner and phenomenal project manager stayed right on target throughout the whole project. Their craftsmanship and skills are superb and proven multiple times during what seemed like impossible situations during this project. Above all communications were easy and straightforward.TVI is phenomenal, reliable and trustworthy company that we recommend without any reservations, especially if you are looking for a higher end and unique job.

My wife and I would highly recommend giving them a call! We were referred by a friend whose condo they remodeled. Aleksey and Vlad were very professional and patient with our concerns regarding costs and time. In this busy time for contractors they were precise and organized, we knew what to expect and are extremely happy with our updated kitchen, tile flooring, and laundry. I made the right choice in selecting Vlad of TVI Construction after interviewing 3 contractors for my renovation. I felt comfortable with his reassuring demeanor, his competitive pricing, and, of course, his quality of work which I viewed prior to hiring him. Besides Vlad's professionalism and high work standards, I especially appreciated his ability to follow through on all my concerns. Many contractors finish a job and then disappear. I am happy to report that this was not Vlad. He was always reachable by phone or text and didn't consider the renovation completed unless I was fully satisfied. Lastly, I commend his choice of staff who were not only highly skilled but displayed superior worth ethics as well. I enjoy the compliments I receive regarding the entire renovation which included a new kitchen, floors, ceilings and extras. The high quality result far surpasses my original expectations. I can't thank Vlad enough for a job well done. I look forward to working with him again on updating my bathroom. If you want a renovation that will make you smile daily, hire Vlad. You will not be disappointed.

I hired TVI Construction to install all of the tiling, kitchen and all finishes in our new apartment at the Ritz Carlton Residences. I had great customer service from their entire team. They finished all the work beautifully and I am very satisfied and happy with the end result. I recommend them for any remodeling needs, especially with fragile high end materials.

TVI Construction handled the commercial build-out for our recovery and wellness center and they exceeded all expectations on all levels! I will never use another construction company for business or personal needs. They were an absolute joy to work with and their communication is next level. They are a rarity amongst building contractors. I cannot say enough good things about this company! You will not regret choosing them for your project!

Alex and Vlad were outstanding professionals, our project was a full custom built home 6800 Square Feet. My house was not a small project and the construction team did a great job of organizing, explaining details and processes and through many of the changes i had requested along the road. Most importantly i felt very comfortable due to the constant contact i had with Vlad and Alex. They always answered my questions and addressed my concerns. I was always in the loop and aware of all the different things that were happening. It was my first home build and i was very nervous. There is so much that goes in to building a home. Everything was finished all though a little behind schedule. However i am truly happy and would recommend TVI construction to anyone and will use them again!

We hired Vlad to do a full renovation on our apartment in Aventura in 2018, His team was professional and knowledgeable. He helped us with the design process and kept us in the loop on permits (that took forever). We are very happy with the outcome and have recommended them to our friends who have already completed their own projects with them!
