Hired trademark to do a bathroom remodel. They will lie to your face, from the owners to the contractors they hire. I don’t know how they sleep at night. Don’t hire them they are clowns.

Update: After a small hiccup in the completion of my bath project, the issue was addressed and overall, I am happy with the completed project.

Trademark has been the general contractor for a couple of jobs for us and they have done a good job keeping the subs on the job and getting the work done. They did a 13k bathroom remodel and it went much better than expected. They were here everyday on time and completed the job quickly and professionally. They also installed a 4k dollar roof over our deck. It was metal non-insulated and the sub contractor came and did a very good job. We did experience a couple of leaks and the issue was resolved. As everyone knows general contractors are judged by the performance of there subs. In our case they were very good. Our experience with Trademark has been good and I would recommend them.

Beware of this company! I contracted with them for a complete master bath remodel in February 2017. Charles McCarrick was the salesman with whom I signed the contract. After giving them 1/2 the cost of the project up front they have not yet started the project. The owner Andrew Riddle and sub-contractor Mark Bedair came to my house on 6/29/2017 and stated Mark would contact me the following week to begin work. It is now 2/27/2018 and no work has been done. Numerous calls were made to Trademark, some of them answered and some were not. I had to hire an attorney to try to get my money returned. They have not yet met with me to work out the return of my money. For those people who got their work done, you were blessed. I was not. Please everyone....beware!

I contracted for a tub to shower conversion. The contractor assigned to my job was Dave. He was incredible. My shower is perfect. He had to work around some challenges and came up with the exact fix to increase the style of the space along with insuring functionality. I would not hesitate using them again when I have another project. Even though there were some design changes along the way, there was no increase in my original quote.

This company did a great job - installed my windows in record time on a very cold day! Installation technicians were very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Highly recommend.

I have never had to have windows replaced before, but after doing some comparison shopping and getting a few estimates, one of the points that really "sold" me was that the representative from Trademark (3 Day LLC) showed using a heat lamp and digital thermometer how the windows I selected would help insulate my home as well as how another window fared on this task. During the ordering process, Travis kept me apprised each step of the way as to the status of my order. The installers were not only friendly, but very professional - laying down plastic on the floor and also removing their shoes, covering items in the rooms with plastic, vacuuming frequently, and even letting my dog check on their progress from time to time! The installers were also flexible with their schedule and came on a weekend to accommodate my schedule. The price was exactly as quoted. They did an excellent job with the installation! I will definitely use them when I need more windows replaced.

We used Trademark to replace all the windows in our home (23 total). Not only were they courteous and respectful, they constantly communicated with us, making sure we knew about the timeline/costs/options of our project. We were really involved in the whole process, and they double/triple checked everything with us just so there was no confusion. Pricewise, they have extremely competitive rates - for 23 custom windows we paid less than $16,000 (AND we chose the highest priced option). The turnaround time for the whole project was really fast, we ordered windows at the end of October, and had them installed by the 23rd of December. The techs who installed the windows were excellent (we had Virgil and his crew), they had an extremely long drive to get here, but they were cheerful, hard working, and they kept my house just as tidy/clean as it was when they arrived. I have recommended Trademark to many of our friends, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

We had a total bath and kitchen renovation completed by Trademark Home Design. I wanted to give the project a 5 star rating but felt only 4 was in order because of the initial anxiety and frustration brought on by our salesman (Charlie), who my wife felt gave us the “bum’s rush” and I felt like I’d been had by a used car salesman. Charlie misrepresented the processes and personnel of the company and sold us a bathroom renovation we really did not want. However, I do have to give credit to Aaron, who stepped in and showed patience, knowledge, and professionalism in working with us to modify the bath design and change the contract to deliver the bath we really wanted. And to Mark, our foreman, who was there almost every day to check on progress, review ongoing quality, and ensure our satisfaction. And especially, the work of James, a true craftsman. His attention to detail and commitment to quality was such that we added a change order to the end of the contract so we could lock him in to complete the additional work. In addition to the initial renovation we included having crown molding installed in the entire first floor to match that which James had installed in the kitchen. And he added an in-wall bookshelf in the kitchen hall for my wife’s cookbooks. There were some communication glitches during the project but they were quickly addressed and handled by either Aaron or Mark. Overall, we were very pleased with the final product of the work completed by Trademark.

I hired Trademark to perform a partial remodel in our kitchen, which included modifying some of the cabinets, new countertops, sinks and minor floor work to accommodate new appliances, and adding tile on the surrounding walls. The job was completed in the time frame that was agreed on and price per the estimate. The work and final appearance was excellent. We both were very pleased with the results. Special praise for the individual who performed the tile work, great look. We are planning on using them again in the future, when we replace the flooring in the kitchen.

AVOID TRADEMARK (recommended by Home Advisor). If you want to hire a company that has NO communication, BREACHES the contract, and THREATENS to pull off the job, then this company is for you. We experienced these along with frustration, anxiety, and disappointment, and ours was just a small bathroom renovation. The anticipation and excitement of any remodel should not replaced by such a negative experience. OUR DESIRE is to prevent others from making this mistake. We would not recommend TRADEMARK under ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
