I cannot say enough about how wonderful Tidewater Pro Build is. Trey and Caleb were super receptive to all my ideas and questions. They made time to carve out a day way before the start date of my major kitchen overhaul to create a door between my kitchen and laundry room (a total game changer for new parents). Once the project was fully underway our main guys were Kevin, Sabre, and Steven. Mario was our electrician and he is a delight and a professional. They were polite, funny, efficient, and effective in their work. If you have this team you will be thrilled. Though the project went about a week over, we stayed pretty much on budget. Everyone worked with me and my husband to keep our budget reasonable and to make out project look FAR more expensive than it was. The finishing is impeccable and I know this kitchen is perfectly structurally sound, the electric is on point, and nothing will ever leak. I highly, highly recommend this company. Trey, Caleb, Robert, and their team at Tidewater Pro Build fully remodeled and expanded our master bathroom. Their work, service, honesty, and professionalism was incredible. The project consisted of a full demo, new floor tile, custom vanity, electrical, and a prestige walk in shower with 6” marble hexagon wall tile that’s immaculate. The detail and precision provided with the overall end result from start to finish is incomparable to any other professional we’ve worked with. The full project was completed before their initial ending timeline and due to their quality, professionalism, and knowledge we immediately continued to have our guest bathroom remodeled and an addition of new man cave over the garage. I just had my bathroom redone by Tidewater Pro Build. I think this is probably the best group of people that I have ever hired. I really can't do justice to how well they treated me. I feel like I've known them all my life.It's hard to find so many people in one company that treat you like family. I had to miss 4 days of work while they were doing the remodel, so I got to meet everyone. Everyone that came to the house was friendly and knowledgeable in their craft. You could tell that they enjoyed their job. They really went all out for me. They basically had to remove everything and start over. They had to replace the floor, walls and ceiling to make everything look right. The window in the shower used to be full sized. They replaced it with a smaller window even though it wasn't part of the contract. They did everything they could to make sure I was 100% satisfied and they succeeded!

Every interaction was timely and punctual. The team and all of its members were courteous and clean. Trey took the time to understand our needs and get the proper materials in place for quality craftsmanship. We received regular status updates letting us know who was coming and when. Additionally, they worked around our schedule and payment was easy. Our experience was hassle-free & worry-free. We will certainly contact them again for our next need. Tidewater Pro Build is a very professional contractor with experience, knowledge and attitude to get our project complete in a timely manner. They completely remodeled my family room taking out wood paneling, ceiling beams, wet bar and doors. Installed new sheet rock on walls, new closet, trim, crown molding, interior and exterior doors and many other extras including painting. The whole project took one week to complete. i would highly recommend their services to anyone.

We hired TPB to makeover two outdated bathrooms in our 1930s craftsman style Norfolk bungalow. The guys did a great job estimating and keeping things within our budget. Once we got into demolition, we found some extensive and unexpected water damage in our master bath but TPB was quick to trouble-shoot and keep our project on track. Our new bathrooms turned out beautifully with custom tile and updated design. We were so happy with their work that we extended the scope of the job to include updated to the master bedroom and a second bedroom in the home. We highly recommend Tidewater Pro Build and appreciated their professionalism and overall hustle from beginning to end.

I had a very difficult situation on my hands when these folks came to see me. They were patient, they were careful, they were knowledgeable, they were creative and they were ALWAYS concerned about how the issues we had to face were affecting me. To replace the bay window that had to be removed, they built me a beautiful semi circular brick planter outside. I am delighted with the results of their work, and will hire them again when I'm ready to do my kitchen!

They handled a full kitchen remodel (updating from 1950s to today), which included updating the electrical to have ground fault interruption (which I was quite horrified to discover was not there already in half of the room though the plugs all looked GFI). The kitchen remodel included new cabinets, granite counters, tile backsplash, and high quality vinyl flooring. In addition to the kitchen, they also handled scraping and refinishing hardwoods in 3 main rooms (and hallways/a foyer), painted 4 main rooms and a stairway and entryway. They replaced aging carpet with hardwoods in a partially finished second floor. They removed the same carpeting from the stairway area, repaired and painted the stairs. Additionally, they replaced an exterior door that had been hung backwards (hinges outside - clearly I purchased a fixer upper). Much of the work they did while I was not nearby (part of it while I was in a remote location for work with only sporadic email access). They are a very professional and very talented group of contractors.
