We guarantee quality in all our work and, most importantly, timely results that are on-budget. Matt Thull founded Thull Construction in 1993. Over the years, the Thull Construction team has completed scores of projects on time and on budget. Thull Construction maintains responsibility in each project. We guarantee all of our work to be of the highest quality, as we know our clients would expect nothing less. Ultimately, our goal is to create high quality homes, decks, porches or additions, appropriate to their settings while at the same time being extremely functional. Matt is Licensed, Bonded and Insured. Unlike most contractors in the area, Thull Construction offers a complete Plan-Design-Build service. This means that we do more than show up and provide an estimate. In the "Plan" phase, we meet with you initially to discuss your plans and ideas, and what kind of budget is in place. During the "Design" phase, we will present preliminary design plans, designate a schedule and confirm the contract for the construction or "Build" phase. In the "Build" phase, Thull Construction will begin the actual work based on approved plans and pre-determined schedule. Our scheduling is a calendar that we adhere to, and you can count on the work being completed on time, within budget.
