Keep looking. I hired Tim Graham for new construction on a multifamily in Philadelphia. It was a complete wreck. I fired him 9 months after the project was supposed to be complete when I was greeted with a stop work order from Phila's License and Inspections stuck to my door. The city revoked his license and they shut him down for multiple violations on several projects. He doesn't understand permits - he closed walls before inspections. He doesn't know how to read building plans. He doesn't know what quality work looks like. He goes cheap, his guys steal, he can't manage his money, he makes excuses, so many excuses. He is a charismatic salesman, i'll give him that.

Made an appointment 10 days in advance for an estimate on work we needed on our house in Phila. Morning if the appointment I called Tim to confirm. Said he couldn’t make it at our scheduled time of 9am but agreed to arrive 9:30-10am. Tim never showed up, never called. Unreliable and unprofessional. Looks like I dodged a bullet, would not recommend him to anyone.

Timmy met with us several times, completed a contract with us, and we were counting on him to do our new home remodel. Then, the day he said he would be there, he stopped answering my phone calls or emails. Seems like he takes on projects, and then if he doesn't need the work, dumps you last minute. Very unprofessional and frustrating. We saw that this has happened to other folks on here, but hoped it wouldn't happen to us. It did.

Timmy has been fantastic to work with. He added an exterior doorway and refinished the interior of the 3rd story on my Philadelphia row home. He was quick to respond to my initial request for a quote, and he provided a proposal promptly. He and his team turned the project around in great time, and the quality of the work is excellent. They took care to isolate the mess from the door installation and keep the rest of the house from getting too dusty. Timmy has been very communicative and always keeps me informed project progress. I'm already working with him again on another small project, and hope to work with him on future projects this coming spring.

Great Company.....! Graham Builders and company recently built my family and I 4000 square foot custom home in the city and we love it. Mr. Graham entire team worked with us from the beginning to the end. Initially we were a little overwhelmed with the project, but his team of professionals, from his architect to his interior decorator literally held our hands throughout the entire process, we intend to hire this company again in the coming years to build us a home on the the Jersey shore. I would highly recommend this company to those who are use to dealing with the best.

I used Timmy for a rental property of mines. I wanted to spice it up and redo the entire home. It was a complete renovation and I couldn't be anymore pleased with how things turned out! They helped me elevate my expectations for the home what the rental property could look like. He was extremely professional from choosing the materials, gutting the space, and walking me through the process. Tim even emailed me and called me up asking me about any concerns I had and the questions were answered that same day. I can't recommend them enough and Im are looking forward to using them again for our next project.

I wanted to renovate my kitchen, he sought me out, I was upfront about my price, he agreed to work within my budget. He was at first very excited and on top of things, quick to respond to my calls/questions. Then he got busy with bigger clients and that's when we decided he was too busy for me and essentially stopped working on my project. He pushed back the start date a couple of times, and I was becoming increasingly concerned, but tried to be understanding. On the Saturday before the scheduled demolition date we called to finalize things. To my surprise he said everything was all set, and ready to go! I spent my weekend packing up my kitchen and preparing for the reno ahead of me. Monday morning comes around and he's not on time, hours roll by, he's not coming. He preemptively turned off his phone knowing the storm of calls that would ensue. I finally get a text (not a call) that he isn't interested in my project anymore because there isn't enough money in it for him. He refuses to answer my calls. Why hadn't he told me before that my budget was unrealistic? I am a reasonable person, I would have taken suggestions on how to cut costs... he mislead me to believe everything was fine and on schedule and on budget. There is a certain cruelty to the way he lied over the months, let me pack up my kitchen, and let me wait by the door, as he shut off his phone and ignored my pleas. Why didn't he just be honest with me? I have a baby at home, packing up and planning such an event is so difficult with a little one at home... making all this especially cruel.

My wife's friend recommended Graham Builders and Construction Co. for a kitchen remodel we've been planning to do for nearly a year. During our first meeting, my wife and I discuss specific ideas we want for our new kitchen, the owner, Timmy Graham listened tentatively and literally designed a rough blueprint that encompassed all our ides plus some. Graham Builders was professional from beginning to end and completed the project in a timely matter. What impressed me the most about this company was the quality and craftsmanship of our new kitchen, these guys were in and out, they are good. I will contract again with Graham Builders and Construction Company in the future to remodel our basement...Great Company!
