Custom Builder and Remodeler Howdy, we are the Cummings family, Victor Colleen, Braden, Rylan, and Lincoln. We welcome you to our internet home. We invite you take a virtual stroll through some of the homes we have renovated, or designed and built in the past 8 years. Our journey building and renovating classic homes in the Texas Hill Country began even as Victor continued to work for a nationwide homebuilder. On a person level we searched for land outside of the big city to build a home for our family. We built our first family home in 2005. In a few years our family outgrew that home we had loved, just in time for a retired couple looking to downsize, near family, but just outside of the city’s hustle and bustle. So, we moved on from that first home and built another, and in doing so discovered that we were not alone in our desire to create our own personalized space amidst the blessings of the Hill Country. The Spirit had sparked a dream and a purpose in us and in 2011 building and renovating homes became our full time calling and occupation! Over the years we have had the great pleasure of helping create that perfect economical first home, and renovate homes that families have outgrown, and brought to life many long held dreams of a forever home! Our family continues to live and work here amongst the beautiful hills and give thanks for the opportunity to make our living helping others fulfill their hopes and dreams for a special place to call home!
