We had a simple kitchen remodel that took almost 12 months to complete. They have had to come back numerous times for corrections and adjustments, replace a new faucet they installed and. now we have a drawer that will not open and cannot get anyone to respond to telephone calls, voice mails and text messages. We even went to their office in the middle of the week only to find it closed and locked.

We were referred to this company by Home Depot for a relatively simple bathroom and laundry room replacement. It has been 4 months, the framing is done but the drywall is not yet complete. The communication from the project manager is poor to non-existent. We pleaded with him from the start to please keep us posted as to the progression and schedule and delays, to no avail. We have had to chase him down for explanations and answers every time and weeks have gone by where not one thing has been done. They framed out the bathroom at a smaller size than the original. They installed a ridiculously large shower perimeter for a tiny shower, which is unfinished so we are hoping to have it corrected. We were told weeks ago, that there's not much left to do, they would "bang it out" as soon as they finished up a few other jobs, and yet not one thing has been done in over 3 weeks. We have requested a sit-down with the sales manager who sold us the job and have received no response in 3 days. The project manager finally texted that they would be out to resume work here today (although it is noon and no one has shown up yet). I doubt anything is going to improve at this point, but if it does, I will be fair and revise my review.

I have to replace kitchen cabinets. I normally request 3 estimates. The previous 2 companies sent somebody to the unit in time, and I had two or three pages written estimates in 24 hrs one, in 48 hrs Lowe's. I made the appointment with the receptionist, I told her that it takes me 30' to get to the unit, therefore, since I am respectful of people's time I requested to be called 30' earlier. I told Martha (a very nice and helpful recepcionist) at the time of the appointment and 1 hr. the day of the appointment... The "Regional Sales Manager" calls me when I am half way to the unit to let me know that he couldn't show up so we arranged for the next day, same time. He shows up 30' late, "I could not find the unit:" The only one that couldn't find the apartment. He gives me an estimate of at least $ 1,000.00 more than the other two, when I let him now, he asked me if I was with Home Depot. I said that I was not. Then he writes in one of his business cards "$ 4,184.00" I have been requested for 7 days now a detailed estimate, just like the other 2 companies, no answer to any of my emails. The only thing I have is Mike's card with a number that reads $ 4184 I wonder... if this is the company's best efforts to get a business, what would be the response if there is a problem? This guy clearly does not have the company he works for in his best interest, I owned a business for 30 yr, I have fired people for a lot less than this, and there are a lot of guys that need a job!
