Great contractor!! Finding just the right contractor was of utmost importance to my husband and I. Jeff does it all, but bathrooms are his specialty.. We needed someone with a spirit of excellence and willing to let me be creative and change things as we worked on the project. At one point, after he had tiled the floor, I decided that I couldn’t live with it and he said, “Leslie, if you’re not happy with this we can take it out and you should find what you like.” “But,” he said, “You may want to give it a chance.” I did, and he was right, I love it! He was a great communicator with my husband, spending time going over details and answering all his questions as the project proceeded. He really wants the client to be satisfied and happy with the results. And, WE ARE. The bathroom looks awesome. He also did a great job replacing our decks and dry rotted fascia. His estimate for all the work was very reasonable.

Jeff Tieie is the most phenomenal contractor we have ever worked with. Kevin and I were both Realtors so we had lots of experience working with contractors. I was a property manager for 34 years and managed over 320 units so I dealt with contractors on a daily basis. I have to say that in those 34 years I never experienced a more professional and talented person than Jeff. He was prompt about getting the work done, agreeable to any reasonable change we asked him to do and the tidiest of contractors I’ve ever met. Jeff is basically a one man show and a true artist in his field.

Zach and Jeff did a bathroom remodel for me several years ago and I was extremely pleased with their expertise and professionalism. I recently had them remodel the master bathroom and as usual the finished remodel exceeded my expectations. They go above and beyond to ensure everything is done to perfection and their prices are the most honorable and fair. If you’re looking to remodel your bathroom I highly recommend you check them out. They also stand by the work they do, I had a small issue with the older bathroom and even though it was past the warranty period they took care of it. I highly recommend this company! What a breath of fresh air in finding a competent contractor that is punctual and communicative. Jeff and Zach remodeled our guest bathroom from a tub/shower to a curb-less walk-in shower. The project was completed on schedule, at the stated price and the workmanship is outstanding. Before and after photos are attached.

We worked with Jeff and Zach for 2 bathroom remodels from Sept - Dec 21. And I now need them to remodel our entire house :) Having done a few renovations previously (kitchen, bathrooms to whole house knock down and rebuild) we feel like we have a good pulse on what we are looking for and Zach exceeded all our expectations. The quality of the work, attention to detail, communication, attitude, work ethic....phenomenal. We loved that they only subbed out some of the structural work and everything else is done by them. Zach respected our home while he worked and kept the space spotless which was important as we have a baby/toddler crawling around the place. We were never upsold and he was a great partner in helping us make decisions and was patient with the many changes I made to my design. We now have magazine-shoot-worthy bathrooms - seriously. It's an amazing super custom high end finish and Zach and Jeff quoted fairly and came in on budget. I cannot recommend South Fork highly enough. You'll wait a few months, but it will be well worth the wait. In this market, if you are waiting for a contractor it means they are a good one so don't put off. They held their timeline to the day pretty much of when they thought they would be able to start and despite having a full list of folks to go to next didn't rush any part of our job.

We recently had Jeff design and complete a Main Bathroom shower. He removed an existing tub, and put a beautiful tiled shower with a bench in its place. He also moved a toilet to a different part of the bathroom, replaced the floor tiles, changed the sink faucets and repainted the walls. We had met with multiple contractors over a couple of years but we’re never comfortable either with the quotes or promises. Jeff changed that. His quote was fair and He had excellent suggestions. He checked in with us all along the project to be sure that we approved with the progress. He finished exactly when he said he would. We can’t wait for him to start our Guest Bathroom remodel.

The experience we had with South Fork Construction was A+ from our first meeting with them all the way through two complete bathroom remodels. Jeff is very easy to work with and provided invaluable guidance as we planned our bathroom remodels. Once the work began Zach became "part of the family", coming to work daily to complete the two bathrooms in under 1 month. Zach provided a seamless experience for us while we were "locked up" during covid. He is a master craftsman with incredible attention to detail and a work ethic that's second to none. He was very easy to communicate with and always kept us informed of any issues or changes to the plan. We really can't say enough good things about Jeff and Zach. When we decided to start the remodel of our master bath, we reached out to a different contractor who was our "go-to guy". We loved all the remodel work he had done for us previously, and were really disappointed that he was not available to do our bathroom remodel. However, he suggested that we contact JEFF TEIE of South Fork Construction, and we are so glad we that we did! Jeff assessed the job and came in with a fair bid. We were extremely pleased with his work and job ethics. He was very professional and cordial. He listened to our questions and ideas, and provided his valuable insight and suggestions. Jeff gutted the master bathroom, constructed the shower floor, pedestal and recessed wall inset, as well as enlarged a window opening, installed new window, installed new fixtures, etc. His tile work is gorgeous. The finished product demonstrates his pride in his work. We love our master bath and love showering in this beautiful space. Jeff was a pleasure to work with. As far as we are concerned, Jeff is now our new "Go-To" guy! We would recommend him to anyone needing the services he offers! Thank you, Jeff!

We recently hired Jeff to make a walk-in shower in our master bath. Jeff was very prompt in returning our initial call. After meeting with him to discuss the project, I knew that he was the only one I wanted to build our shower, and we waited almost seven months for him to be available. I will say that we are 100% satisfied with Jeff’s work, and with our experience in working together with him. Jeff holds himself to the highest standards in his workmanship, professionalism, and integrity. He did everything he said he would do, exactly as he said he would. Our new shower is completely beautiful, and has been impeccably made by a talented craftsman.

Jeff just completed a bathroom remodel for us and we couldn't be more pleased. He was great to deal with, very professional, excellent communication regarding scheduling etc and simply a pleasure to work with.
