I would recommend Soto Usa Inc. for any projects you are considering for your home or business. I hired Robert and his crew for several projects in my time as property manager for Miami Shores Community Church and School. Robert was professional, on-time and always completed the work on schedule. Another benefit of hiring Soto is Robert's flexibility and ability to go with the flow when project needs would change for any number of reason. He was always understanding and accommodating to what the church needed. And, bottom line was that Soto did quality work. I would certainly hire him for future projects if I were to move back to the area.

Bob is a great carpenter and a great person. He is reliable and does great quality work. When faced with an issue he is easy to work with to find a solution. I used Bob Soto for a kitchen renovation in July 2018. He built the cabinets, set them, built a custom pantry, installed all pulls, and accessories and under cabinet valance and moldings. The kitchen turned out great and it’s all thanks to Bob. He also made great recommendations on what type of cabinets to purchase and what style would look best with the aesthetic. I met Robert many years ago when he was remodeling my neighbors house. I asked him to please stop by when he had a chance so he can give me a quick estimate on somethings I wanted to fix. He stopped by gave me a very reasonable price and let me know he could not start my job anytime soon because he needed to finish my neighbors and had a few people ahead of me. I really like that because in Miami, you get these contractors that have 5 jobs going at the same time and then don't show up to work for days on end. Robert called me around the time he said he would, came in and did excellent work.. Kept the jobsite clean and was very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend him.

HIRE SOTO USA!! I could not be happier with the professionalism, price, and finished kitchen that Rob Soto and his team created. He was responsible for the following components, - managing relationships with all subcontractors, my building, and my super - demolishing the entire kitchen - placing new baseboards in the entire living space - placing down new tile floors in the kitchen - rerouting and installing new plumbing - building cabinetry - rewiring and installing new ceiling lighting - installing inside-and-underneath cabinet lighting - painting ceiling, walls - installing all appliances - placing backsplash - adding any fixtures (like door handles) - any and all touch-ups ("DETAILS" - says Rob) I hired him not only based on his fair price, but also his passion. This is a man who deeply cares about his product and his performance. I met with many other contractors, and no one impressed me as much as Rob did. He works on his own schedule, however, that is because he keeps himself very busy. Giving Rob the benefit of the doubt will never steer you wrong. He has amazing follow-through, attention to detail, and an eye for design. The type of work he does requires patience, and especially when you live in a small space as I do (i.e. Manhattan). I cannot recommend him enough.
