Mr. Kashyap's homes in McLean and Arlington are simply beautiful. The designs are unique, the quality of work is amazing, and the attention to detail is exquisite which puts these homes in a class of their own. I'm so impressed with the quality of Sidd's work that I have asked him to design and construct an addition to my home and have no doubt that the end result will be gorgeous.

I have worked with Sidd for a few years on multiple projects.. from a vendor standpoint, I can say that he is by far my favorite client whom I admire for the quality of construction, high-end products and commitment to excellence. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sidd, his passion and vision is unsurpassed. As a vendor, I rarely refer builders or tradesmen to my clients as I never want it to come back on me in the case of a negative experience but with Sidd, I would refer him to my own mother without batting an eye. When I'm ready to build a custom home, he will be my builder, no question. Sidd is a perfectionist in every sense of the word and he goes above and beyond. He spends more time and money on superior products because he is so passionate about seeing his vision through. He thinks outside the box and has amazed me time and time again. It has been nothing but a pleasure to work with Sidd and his company and I am in awe of him and lucky to have found my go-to builder and contractor in this area, and that's being said with my 15 year of experience in the design and construction industry in VA-DC-MD area. He's the best, simply put!

AMAZING CONDO RENOVATION
I love my condo renovation (pics under 'condo renovation')! Sidd worked with me, first asking what I was looking for and then making design and material recommendations. Some of the materials -- the hardwood looking ceramic floor tile, the absolutely beautiful white stone walls, the subway tile in the kitchen, and the custom bathroom tile -- are in my condo only because Sidd and the vendor he introduced me to suggested them.
In lieu of gutting my bathrooms completely, Sidd suggested only changing the cabinet doors. This was a substantial cost savings to me.
The workmanship throughout is beautiful. Nothing feels 'standard', but rather it has a custom / high-end look and finish, with attention to detail that make my home unique, modern and classy, yet I was able to stay within my budget.

Friend took me to see the house on Kirby street
This review is actually for the Kirby Street house that Sid built in McLean and I was absolutely taken away by the beautiful design, the exquisite blend of traditional yet contemporary accents, attention to detail and the high quality of materials used. The house had a flow about it where nothing seemed to be "wasted" (you know how sometimes you see houses that have rooms and spaces where you think "what is this for?"). I envy the lucky person who bought and is living in this gorgeous house. This particular house has left a lasting impression on me and I know I will look to Sid when I am ready to have my own house built.

Comentado: i love that sofaHi, sorry I have no idea. We built the home and it was staged by a local furniture company prior to selling. Also, it’s been 8 years so I couldn’t even recall the company that staged the home.
