I have known Sean for years and contracted with him to finish our basement after buying our home in Ottawa Hills, OH. Sean's work ethic, drive and sense of design and style turned our dungy, uninviting basement into a bright and inviting space. It's so comfortable that when some of our adult children come home, their preference is to stay in that space. I trust Sean and would definitely recommend him for any new or remodeling project large to small.

Sean Patrick Builders did an excellent job. The builder was helpful. The project supervisor was easy to work with and went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy. This was no small feat as our project was extensive. It consisted of a full kitchen remodel, a master bath remodel and a whole house cosmetic upgrade. The results are beautiful!

Working with Sean and the great professionals he works with to remodel our home was wonderful. They were very responsive, had lots of great ideas and solutions, and did a fabulous job. We enjoyed everyone who entered our house and appreciated the high quality of the work that was done.

We have used Sean Patrick Builders numerous times since 2009 renovating both our professional buildings and our home. This company is always prompt and reliable. What stands out most is the quality workmanship and attention to details. One quality I especially like is the owner's personal ability to make some upscale changes to our thoughts and still stay in budget.

Sean's crew remodeled my law office. Like new! We also did this while we continued to work in the space - a logistics nightmare. All went very smoothly, during the day we had assistance here to move desks, furniture. At night the place was transformed. New kitchen, lighting, meeting spaces, offices updated. All with exceptional fit and finish. I highly recommend Sean Patrick Builders.

Sean and his team have always been trustworthy, hardworking and more than willing to go above and beyond. He renovated a rental property, and the results were great! One example is his commitment to his customer was to get a boiler problem fixed that was well outside of the warranty period, and even though it required him being at the property well past midnight over a weekend, he was there. chasing down the sub contractor, and making sure the problem got solved. No question a stand up guy, with quality work, but also stands behind his work!

Sean has completed 3-projects for us as follows: 1. A garage addition 2. A shed 3. A kitchen, bath and utility room update Sean is enthusiastic, experienced and knowledgeable and he uses quality building materials. Many of his subcontractors have been with him for a very long time.

I hired SPB for a smaller project--it was done very well, on time, and exactly at quote. I am planning to hire them for my upcoming house build. Owner Sean Nester has been easy to deal with, forthright, and hard working. Rare qualities in this industry in my experience. In addition, Sean seems to know his industry well, be nicely connected (good pricing), and have a good "feel" for what his clients want and need.

We had great results with this company. They have many trade professionals at their disposal so the job was not delayed. They came in on time, did the job and cleaned up. The owner does not mind pitching in with hands on work. He came in under bid and we were very pleased.

As you can see from the before and after photos, Sean Nester took a terrible looking building that had decades of deferred maintenance and made it beautiful for the exact quote he gave me when I started. Sean is an expert at improving property values in the most efficient manager. If you are doing a project anywhere near Toledo, this is your guy.

Sean Patrick Builders remodeled a bathroom for us. We replaced the cabinets added new granite top with two under slung lav bowls. We also replaced the old linoleum floor with new tile floor. He and his crew did an excellent job and were very careful in taking care to cover up carpets and wood floors to protect them while doing the remodel project.
