I hired Scotch Construction come behind another contractor that did not complete a job and had left a mess behind. Tim and his crew came and completed the repair and cleaned up after themselves as well as the other contractor. Very greatly appreciated.

Scotch Construction has completed two large projects on our home. The first was an extensive second floor renovation of the master bath and closets and the second was remediation following damage our home sustained during Hurricane Harvey. Both projects were finished on time and on or under budget. When I contacted Tim Scotch on the Sunday morning of the hurricane's damage becoming apparent. He offered to come to our home immediately and begin work to limit damages. He was a great source of relief in a trying experience. I heartily recommend Scotch Construction for you project.

A great company to work with. They did a kitchen remodel project for us. Tim provided a very detailed written estimate. We were very pleased with the workmanship on the project. The job was finished on time and within the budget estimate. How happy are we with their work? We are planning a living room upgrade with them to begin in late Spring.

In March, 2010, my wife and I decided to add a Family Room, Home office, Powder Room, two closets, Screened in Porch, Breezeway and Atrium to our existing home. We engaged Tim, of Scotch Construction, to do the work. Scotch Construction had previously worked on our Kitchen countertops, sinks and ceiling. We were very happy with the Kitchen results and for that reason asked Tim to do the work on our new Family Room. The construction effort lasted approximately 1 year. The work increased the size of our home by about 50%. During the construction period much was done on a schedule that allowed the work to be done correctly, not in a hurried fashion. The showcase of our 20' x 24' Family Room includes a stained beadboard Wooden Ceiling with false beams, designed and installed by Tim, himself. We have had many comments on the workmanship and for the name of the company doing the work. The Family Room also includes 17 stained wooden windows, a glass Double French Door and a glass Double Sliding Door. We were so happy with the work that we contracted with Scotch Construction to remodel our Master Bath, which has a 16' ceiling. The work included new cabinets, counters, basins and remodeled closets. The showcase in the bath is the installation of two, single piece, 5' square block glass windows, positioned one above the other at our tub. If we have further work, we will call Tim first.

From remodeling, new home or office building construction, Tim has been great to work with. On time, on site and on budget! We highly recommend him!
