I have been using Rosa Home Improvement since 2004 when I purchased my first house. I've had them do everything from my roof to a kitchen remodel, and I have always been extreemly happy with their workmanship, and the way I am treated as a customer. They recently replaced the roof and some rotten boards on my house and they did not disappoint. The roof looks great, and my yard is cleaner than when they got here. I would recommend Paul and company to anyone.

Our goal was to create a Sunroom that did not look like it had been added to our existing house. We had many architectural obstacles: large unmovable windows and a chimney, roof lines that needed matching.. . We had approached many other companies who all told us it couldn't be done the way we wanted. Paul Rosa understood our vision: he and his team collaborated with us to design, build and ultimately achieve our desired effect. The work included pouring new footings, laying the rough flooring, building new walls and roof to connect the addition to the current rear of our house. They installed all the windows and sky lights and contracted with an electrician for the rough wiring. His team started working in December, working (weather permitting) through a bitterly cold winter and completed the structure in March. We, ourselves, did all of the inside finishing work. As an example of his company's responsiveness, after they had left our job, we noticed some water leaking along the chimney near the roof line. Paul immediately came out to assess the situation and fixed the problem. We have had no other issues. Paul and his crew were always very professional, unobtrusive and regularly cleaned up their work site. The quality of the work is excellent. Our sunroom is used daily and we are extremely happy with the result.

When I bought my "new" house, I wanted to improve my front entryway. I worked with Paul to draw what I wanted and he executed it beautifully. It originally had a very small platform at the top of the stairs with no protection. I felt like I was literally pushing visitors off the steps when I opened the door. The larger platform offered enough space to put a roof over the platform, providing protection as well as room for visitors to wait safely for me (during bad weather) to open the door. After the project was done, I received several comments about how nice the house looked. They also asked if I had painted the house, or if I had new plantings. Some people told me they liked the looks of my house, but couldn't tell exactly what had changed. When I re-did the roof from brown to blue, I also received many compliments. This company was helpful in making decisions that contributed to the overall appearance of the new construction and the colors that were chosen.

I have had the opportunity to use Rosa Home Improvement several times during the last six years. They have created a handicapped accessible basement family room complete with a “spa” bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. I have had them widen doorways and remove thresholds between rooms so that a wheelchair could easily transverse around my home. They have installed basement windows, a storm door and created a home office space in my basement. Paul and Karen Rosa are the best. I met them through the recommendation of a friend. They have a solid company. What I liked about their quote was that it was a multiple page “project plan” that itemized the list of materials that was going to be used. From their initial presentation package I knew exactly what was being done for each project. Karen was very helpful and personally brought me around to suppliers to look at tiling, flooring, and fixture choices. If I found a fixture on my own, she would incorporate it into the “project plan”. Their crew was knowledgeable, polite, friendly and helpful. They were on time and kept the work area and the rest of my home as clean as possible. I was amazed at their attention to details, always thinking ahead and wanting the final result to look as perfect as possible. I would highly recommend Rosa Home Improvement to complete your large or small project.

I utilized Paul Rosa to renovate my master bathroom and bedroom. It has been two years since doing this project and I am still thrilled with the results. Paul made great suggestions that I never would have thought of. He and his crew were always very pleasant, very helpful and very responsive to any of my questions and requests. Most importantly, I felt totally at ease with these workers being in my home even when I could not be there. To be honest, Rosa's cost estimate for the job was somewhat higher than other estimates that I got. But upon meeting with Paul and going over all the details, I could instantly tell that I was going to get a much higher quality product outcome. I will hire Paul again for the next major home project and have recommended him highly to others many times.

A complete renovation project. With our project they handled....demolition, addition, new structural work, new windows, new doors, millwork installation, new kitchen cabinets, new electrical work, plumbing, heating... The professionalism of everyone person that I dealt with from Rosa Home Improvement impressed me. Their knowledge, craftsmanship, and efficiency made the project flow seamlessly to completion. Their honesty with costs helped in making purchasing decisions. And their assistance with finish selections made those decisions easier as well.
