Dennis and Juan did an exceptional job designing and building our two-level deck at our new Bethany Beach home. He kept us informed of all changes and progress; accommodated our schedule for our meetings; and completed the job ahead of his estimated date. Dennis and his crew were personable, professional and easy to work with. In addition, as a personal favor to me, he sent me beautiful pictures throughout our construction stages, and a set of gorgeous pictures at the completion. We are extremely pleased with the final product.

As out of town residents it was reassuring to find a reliable, honest company that produces first class work, not to mention the excellent communication, which is imperative when one is at a distance. We selected Roberts Property Management because they were top rated on Angie's, and because unlike a number of other companies, who would only do a complete bathroom remodel, RPM was flexible in working around the vanity that we wished to keep. The beach design shower is fantastic, first class tiling, and received great feedback from our long-term renters. RPM is cognizant of budget, and had their carpenter frame our bathroom mirror to save on costs. Unlike other companies we have dealt with, they gave very detailed estimates for each item and labor. They also did a great paint job on our guest bedrooms. They finished all the work by the set deadline and in time for our seasonal renters. We will be using them to do our guest bathroom next, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have been knocking around this project for several years. Due to COVID and technician unavailability, it was almost impossible to get my insulation issue taken care of. I reached out again and Dennis responded immediately. We came to a time and material arrangement and AC was hired to do the work. It was dirty, sweaty work and AC spent most of his time lying on his back for many hours rehanging the floor joist insulation in a confining crawlspace. He also cleaned all debris from the crawl space and recommended a few remedies for repairing holes in the foundation. I found the price of $1200 reasonable for the time and material. I definitely would recommend RPM for small jobs as well as big.

They are an outstanding contractor. I’ve used them for more years than I can count. They’ve completely resided my house with cedar shingles. Fixed the underlay as they were doing it. Converted a bedroom to a walk-in closet and now that I am selling my house, They converted it back to a bedroom. When doing that project, we had to have an electrician move switches and a ceiling fan installed. That contractor did a great job. We had to have a new slider to the deck on our 2nd floor bedroom and they did a fantastic job on the coldest day of the year at the time. We had a leak on our deck out of the bedroom and they recommended a roofing contractor who did a fantastic job. I’ve recommended RPM to neighbors and they could not have been happier with that choice. What ever you need done, they have connections to finish what they cannot do. A truly first rate contractor.

After getting the runaround form a couple of other contractors, I contacted Dennis Roberts at Roberts Property Management. My job required leak damage repair and remodeling. Dennis and his crew diagnosed the problems, created a plan to remedy the problems then went to work and got everything done! Not only was my job done right it was done with experience, honesty, and professionalism, The crew was courteous, punctual, and friendly. Communication with Dennis and his team was superior. I was always aware of the status at any point during my job. Dennis was easy to get a hold of and easy to talk to. If you want your job done correctly the first time Call Dennis. This job was one of the best contractor experiences Ive ever had.

I contacted Roberts Property Management for a remodeling project. I spoke with Dennis. He impressed me by how quickly he responded to my request even though they were very busy. Dennis freed time for us, went to our site, gave us an estimate the same day, and even corrected another problem that we had white taking measurements for the job.
