We worked with Keith in 2018 to remodel our kitchen - we started from a very "90's" vibe and ended with a modern, industrial inspired, crisp white kitchen. One of the things I enjoy about working with Keith the most is his ability to make any project accessible and affordable for a wide variety of clients. He doesn't try to upsell on the nicest/most expensive products, but instead uses his years of experience to advise of areas where money can be saved and where it's better saved. We had never done a home improvement project before and Keith was patient and took the time to explain steps start to finish, while never making us feel bad for not knowing. My husband and I are still convinced that Keith's work is what helped to sell our home back in 2020. We are currently preparing to begin another project with Keith in our new home and knew immediately we wanted to work with him based off out first experience with him over 5 years ago. We knew he would consult with us in a way that made sense for our family and our finances, while being honest and transparent with us along the way. He makes great recommendations without overstepping, offers advice but still allows his clients to call the shots and make the final choices while backing us up the whole way. As a return client, we cannot recommend Keith enough for any kind of home project. Not only will you be left with a beautiful result, you'll enjoy the process along the way (how many times can you say that about home reno projects?!)

Keith worked with us every step of the way, from designing to picking out materials. He gave thoughtful input. He is a perfectionist and was not satisfied until the job was up to his standards, even though the tile we picked was quite difficult to install. He is also a very personable guy and got to know our dogs and family! We would hire him again and will recommend to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom.

Renovate Home Improvement Services did an excellent job on my master bath remodel. Keith has great attention to detail and really did a great job on every aspect of the bathroom including new flooring, plumbing and electrical, detailed glass tile, painting, drywall, trim, etc. We love our bathroom now and don't have to worry about anything not being up to par. He always listened to me even though sometimes I had some crazy ideas. He gave me some great recommendations as well. Our bathroom went from a dreary 90s all white tile boring room to a fabulous show room ready modern master bathroom! We had a deck that was dangerous due to faulty construction. We called on Keith who was recommended by our neighbor. He did a wonderful job in reconstructing the foundation and applying a new deck floor. Our deck is now beautiful and SAFE. Keith was easy to work with with always keeping in mind our budget. Our daughter and son-in-law recommended Keith Barden to us when we decided to have some painting done. He did such a beautiful job on their family room, we knew he would do the same for our painting projects. We needed two bathrooms painted, and the front entranceway, along with a badly faded garage door. He gave us great advice on choosing paint colors and made many helpful suggestions on minor repair work that also needed to be done. The bathrooms turned out beautifully, as did the front door and the garage door. Mr. Barden works fast and is very neat, clean and professional in getting the job done. We are very pleased with the work he did for us, and we would highly recommend him to anyone with painting projects.

I was short on time and needed someone to paint a room and hang some closet shelving. I called “Renovate” and Keith had a brief opening in his schedule. Keith came over first thing Monday, got to work, did a great job, and was in and out… finished in a few days. The product (paint) he used had no smell, dried quickly and evenly, my closet space doubled..I was extremely happy.

Keith Barden painted our Welcome Center and associated hallways and woodwork. He did a professional job and kept working on it til it was finished. He kept us informed us of what he was doing, was personalble and it was enjoyable to have him in the building. He interacted well with everyone and accomodated our needs. We found keith through our realtor back in 2015. He did a number of painting jobs on the house including walls and repainting the garage door, which was tedious work. He completed it with perfection. He also redid the flooring for our carpeted bathroom in the basement and it was phenomenal! His communication is impeccable and we did not get a chance to share our appreciation and thoughts for his hard work back then. He has expanded a lot since and we are again calling him for our current home improvement needs.

I first met Keith Barden when he brought my friend’s 1970’s bathroom up to the present day. The bath is beautiful and mainly because Keith is particular to the details. And that attention to detail was very important to me because he was doing trim work for me. When Keith and I first met, I had questions about this and that and he always gave me good suggestions. He was very efficient, did the job, got it done in no time and always kept things clean and even cleaned and swept the garage when he was done. I was so impressed with Keith, we have another home project coming up.

Keith Barden is a true professional. He painted every room in my home. Each night when he left there was no mess, which I truly appreciated. He worked with a company that installed new quartz countertops. They did a very fine job and he worked well with them. I was only without countertops for one evening. Keith then installed a beautiful tile backsplash. He was a pleasure to work with and to have in my home until the project was completed. He stayed with my projects until they were completed and I was 100 percent satisfied. It was a stress free renovation, and as a senior citizen who had just had heart surgery it was a blessing. You will not go wrong if you choose Keith as your contractor.

Renovate Home Improvement completely gutted our new condo. The construction was impeccable with painting, complete kitchen overhaul, plus new floors. The piece de resistance was the master shower. Taking out the jacuzzi tub, replacing the leaky toilet , plus the new floor, vanity, and barn door! Wow! We have a nice modern condo we can call "home"

Hired to do a complete gut job of my master bathroom by taking out a spa tub and putting in a walk-in shower, new flooring, toilet and cabinets. Renovate was hired in late March to replace the kitchen flooring. The work was made easier by using the old linoleum floor as a base. It worked out quite well. The project is the first step in renovating the kitchen. Keith was easy to work with and did very fine detail work in finishing the project. I would highly recommend him to work on any remodeling project.

I was referred to Keith by a very dear personal friend to take on interior high ceiling/stairs painting. He brought in equipment to reach these hard places and did a fantastic shop. Renovate installed 12" x 24" tile in our basement game room. Great looking floor, Keith was on time and within our budget! I highly recommend Keith to do a great job!

Had Keith paint a bathroom with a paint that required a 3 layer process. He had not attacked that process before, but researched it with not only a local big box store, but the paint distributor as well.
