This was possibly the easiest, most trouble free kitchen remodel ever. The project took place in a house built in the 1920s which always comes with unknowns and requires both construction knowledge and design sensibility. It was kept on schedule and completed on time and on budget. The quality of the work throughout was excellent. The subs used were terrific. The contractor is eminently qualified, does beautiful work, takes great pride in the project and is also flexible and a pleasure to work with. Would use this firm again and have recommended to friends who have admired our kitchen which, almost a year and a half later, not only looks fabulous but has experienced no problems or call-backs.

Our floor to ceiling condo remodel with Redd Hogan went very well. Andrew was extremely creative when solving some difficult structural problems. When others were ready to give up, he found a way to make it happen for us--something that we appreciated very much. We have enjoyed living with our remodel for the past two years and recommend Drew and Lyndsay very highly.

I hired the Redd Hogan Design Build team to give my home an exterior facelift. My home was built in the mid 80's and was in need of updating. Lindsay and Drew were able to transform my home into a classic and up-to-date masterpiece! I would highly recommend both Lindsay for her design skills and Drew for his impeccable building and attention to detail. Lindsay was able to take my ideas and develop a plan that enhanced the existing detail of my home. She has a refreshing style and a fun and friendly nature. Drew is a skilled finish carpenter who builds with precision and expertise. Drew does not take shortcuts on anything! Both Lindsay and Drew were dependable and easy to communicate with. I look forward to working with Redd Hogan Design Build on my next remodel project.

I highly recommend Redd Hogan Design and Build. Lindsay Redd has an incredible sense of style and design while listening to her client's needs and personal wishes. The building side is Drew Hogan, who is truly a hardworking and honest individual who really takes pride in his work. They have done both small and larger projects for our family and have been professional and a pleasure to work with.

I found Drew remodeling a neighbors townhouse in the complex where I live and liked the work he was doing and he quoted a reasonable price for his services. He was easy to work with and offered ideas and suggestions. He showed up on time and let me know in advance if something came up and would be later than originally planned. Plus he cleaned up and did a good job of keeping the construction dust to a minimum in the rooms that weren't being remodeled by sealing them off. I am still enjoying my remodeled kitchen/dining/living room a year later. I plan to use him again in the future for some other projects.

I am a real estate investor who remodels homes. I enjoy every aspect of the business, EXCEPT the detailed design. That's where Lindsay comes in. She helps me decide on colors, tile layout, lighting, etc. She is great at helping me make decisions in a short amount of time. She has saved me countless hours and always comes up with great ideas that translate into happy clients at the end. Do yourself a favor and hire Lindsay. You will not be disappointed!

Redd Hogan Design is such an incredible team! They exceeded my expectations and I am extremely pleased with the final outcome. On this particular project we worked primarily with Drew Hogan. We hired him for finish carpentry which included all new moldings throughout the house, custom kitchen benches for our banquette, and fireplace surround/mantle. Upon meeting him and being impressed with him we added on multiple tiling projects, including our kitchen floor, backsplash, and fireplace surround. Lindsay Redd was hired to help choose paint colors throughout every room in the home. Both individuals were on time, met deadlines (some of which required late hours), stayed true to their estimates, and were genuinely focused on making sure that we were happy with the final product. They both took the time to help work through different options in areas I was unsure what to do, particularly our fireplace. This ended up being my favorite feature in the home. Our home would not have come together as well as it did without the advice and expertise of this team. I give them the highest recommendation to anyone interested in their services.

Redd Hogan Design Build put the finishing touches on our home! They were able to transform a small, dated mantle into the star of our family room - it's now a beautiful focal point. They have an eye for detail and were able to replicate a shaker look that we had in our kitchen into a mantle and a mini mud room. With limited space, a section of broken cupboards was transformed into a fabulous mini mudroom. We LOVE how opening up the space has made the area feel so much larger and now has so much character. Working with Redd Hogan is something I look forward to doing again with future projects - what a great team with awesome talent!

I hired Drew for a rather large office remodel. Even though projects are designed and planned there are always details or design issues that need to be addressed.
Currently we are in the completion stage of this project and I have been blown away by Drew's attention to detail and creative input into the project. Drew doesn't gloss over the details or fail to point-out design issues. Drew gives options to enhance or correct problems throughout the life of the project. I have built several houses and worked with lots contractors and subs, Drew is one of the best, I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or refer him.
Drew’s build quality is AAA, he doesn't cut corners. His tile work and carpentry on this project is some of the best I've seen. His pricing was very competitive.

I hired Drew to knock down my plaster ceiling in my living room and replace it with drywall.
Drew was punctual, professional and very skilled, as were his subcontractors that he hired to plaster the drywall. The project was completed when Drew said it would be and I could not be happier with the result. He is an excellent contractor and I plan on hiring him for future projects.

We hired Redd Hogan Design Build to come do a wood outdoor banister on our patio. We hired them because they provided a great price, but also I trust Drew and Lindsey. They have a great eye for detail and design. They seemed dedicated to making the job look great and in the end, I am so pleased. We had some delays getting started, but once we were started, Drew worked hard and got the job done in a timely manner. I love that they both have a vision for design and, even when I don't have the eye for "it", I know I can trust them knowing it will turn out beautiful.
I look forward to hiring them again!
