RDG Ventures is second to none when it comes to construction in Middle Georgia. Ryan and his team, brought knowledge, experience, integrity and a proven track record to our project. RDG worked very well with the subcontractors and myself. They kept a superintendent onsite to make sure sure no detail were missed. I would recommend RDG to anyone looking to build the home of their dreams.

As with any construction project a person would be lying if they told you it was perfect. With so many moving parts and the fact that so many sub-contractors are involved I truly believe any general contractor earns every penny they charge. The key to a good contractor is the overall management of these subs with regards to the client's wishes. As I said above, I would be lying if I said construction went off without any hitches. Our project took 13 months to complete from start to finish. We would have liked it to be within the 9 - 10 month period discussed up front; however, you cannot control the weather nor the fact that we built during a mini-construction boom and getting subs to every job I am sure was a challenge for Ryan. We had custom plans and I think Ryan was very accommodating with making adjustments on the fly. We were definitely pleased with the finish work on the interior. We were very pleased with the stonework. His finish carpenter for our job was excellent and we were very pleased with his work and suggestions as it related to trim and other finishing. He also provided an excellent landscaper which we continue to use currently for our yard maintenance. Our entire home is hardwood and we were also pleased with this work. The brick and tile subs were always a challenge to get to the construction site; however, like I said, I am sure they had more work than they had time for. Electrical, tile and plumbing subs were ok as well. Another defining character of a good contractor is what happens after the keys are handed over. Is the contractor willing to deal with any subsequent issues that may and typically do arise? In the case of Ryan he is very willing to help with issues after final settlement. In this area we have nothing but praise for Ryan. Anyway, although I am usually reluctant to provide a "use" or "not use" opinion since it is truly an opinion, if I had to build another home, I would definitely use Ryan once again. His overall demeanor and willingness to always do the right thing made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process.

Mine was the first house RDG Ventures built in our subdivision and I couldn't be more pleased. Ryan and his subcontractors are knowledgeable and professional. Ryan made recommended changes to our floor plan which made our home much more functional. He is a joy to work with and I recommend him every chance I get! I know you'll be pleased, too.
