R Remodeling helped me to create more living areas within the confines of my property by converting the idle garage space. I needed this conversion to accommodate my growing family. With the advent of carports, there were alternative means to park the vehicle and therefore the conversion was always on my mind. I needed an experienced contractor, who would tell me about the regulations and execute the conversion work. This team performed this task according to my specification and I am impressed. They executed the task flawlessly in three phases. Firstly, they repaired the structural damages in the garage and then sought permits for the job from the City Council. It is only after this they touched the conversion work and did a good job. I am happy with the work and will be telling everyone nice things about this company.

Before the construction, we had a brief chat and I conveyed to them certain specifics regarding the interiors of the granny flat. They showed computer graphics of what the space would look like. Once I gave them the nod, they went about doing the task professionally. There were permits to apply and they did on my behalf. Once the sanctions came, they undertook the construction work flawlessly. I would recommend them to anyone who intends to build a granny flat.

Absolutely amazing, I wouldn't go anywhere else, they handled my huge kitchen remodel from demolition to after finish touch ups.(they also remodeled my fireplace, breakfast nook, outside grill area and outside sink) .I had zero headaches throughout the whole kitchen remodel process. I would highly recommend them, especially Johnny, who is very knowledgeable, very professional, has amazing ideas and clearly has a great future in this industry. He was able to make one of a kind items, custom pieces and a truly unique kitchen that is way more than I was expecting. The owner of the company came out many times to check on progress, and truly runs a great team of employees. I am so happy for my new kitchen and with great quality will be enjoying for many years to come. I will DEFINITELY call dream makers again when I'm ready to remodel the rest of my house.
