Progress Builders has completed several projects at our home, including basement, attic, bathrooms, bedroom and stairs renovations. These projects entailed foundation work, structural reinforcement, electric, heating, water, sewer, windows, doors and painting. The owner, Piotr Filipek, is kind, generous, inventive and readily available to answer questions and concerns. Their back office provides invoices that are clear and comprehensive. Wonderful to work with them.

I have been working with Progress Builders for almost 10 years. Their team has gutted and beautifully remodeled my kitchen, three bathrooms, laundry room and both my back and front porches. They've also painted almost every room in my house. My house is more than 100 years old, so you can imagine the nightmares they have encountered in their work. When this has happened, they have kept me fully informed as to what they needed to do to complete the job and how much it would cost. I also like that they have had the same team working together for the entire time I've contracted them. That says something about consistency and their dedication to their craft. Progress Builders has completed two large projects for me, and I give them my highest recommendation for quality of work, integrity, and communication with the client. The first project was a total remodel of my home including a gut of a kitchen and bathroom and replacement of HVAC, plumbing and electrical. The second project involved quite a bit of exterior decorative carpentry, and the results are impressive. Piotr is very responsive to questions and concerns and offers suggestions on how to improve the architectural plan or reduce costs as needed. The budget was on plan, and all work was completed to my high expectations. His workers are dependable, polite, and they leave the worksite clean at the end of the work day. One of the best contractors that I've used. Cost is for total renovation and exterior carpentry. Project date reflects the completion of both projects.
