Robert remodeled my kitchen/living room and dinning room. From the very start his focus was to be sure that I got just what I wanted, but was also ready with solutions when needed. Beginning a remodel project can be daunting and Robert helped guide me with what decisions I needed to make to get the project started. He and his son, Justin, were very professional, hard working, and respectful of my home. They were also patient with my animals. Robert stayed on top of all subs to get my project complete. I'm very pleased with the work and my house is beautiful! I highly recommend Probuilt construction and Robert.

Robert did a total remodel on our master bathroom last year and it turned out gorgeous. So we asked him to please remodel our main bathroom, and it too is fabulous. He is incredibly professional and thorough, very communicative and honest. His artistic perception along with construction expertise helped create the designs I had imagined. His subcontractors are all excellent too! He worked with our budget and came in right on target, with completion timely.

My wife and I reside in La Selva Beach and decided to major remodel our master bathroom from mundane to elegant. As an owner builder, I had built 3 homes in the Santa Cruz area on my own, however at this time in our lives, we wanted someone else to do the job correctly. I have two brother in laws who are retired general contractors and they were not keen on going back to work for us. We were fortunate to have had Robert Silva introduced to us, and he made magic happen. With our input, he showed us many designs, hardware, fixture, and tile options and took our wishes to design the new bathroom for us. Robert gave us a very strait forward estimate of the costs for demolition, framing, sheetrock, tile work, plumbing, glass, painting, and all material costs. We stayed within budget without any difficulties. One of the things that impressed us was that Robert was on the job swinging his own hammer for much of the project and all of his subcontractors were skilled professionals. The worksite was cleaned up everyday after they completed their day’s labor and we were able to use our bathroom facilities throughout the entire project (except when they were actively working on it). Of course we did solicit competitive bids from other reputable Santa Cruz contractors, however Robert’s numbers clearly won the bidding. We were extremely pleased with his honesty, work ethic and of course the finished product that gave us our beautiful new bathroom. Without question we feel it appropriate to give ProBuilt Constuction 5 stars.
