If you’re in need of a reliable, honest and get-it-done general contractor for your home remodeling needs, Al and his crew are the GO TO GUYS! We recently had a rather large basement remodel project where we took an unfinished space (approx.. 900 sq. feet) to a home office/ dental laboratory finish. There were a lot of moving parts involved – all new electrical/ mechanical/ plumbing; installation of egress & small sliding window(s), walk-out door w/ retaining walls and pavement; added bathroom & work/equipment room. Al took the design plans from paper to presence, and really worked with us to stay on time and on budget. From the initial consultation, he took his time to go over details of the project and provide us with a written proposal on the spot. What was also appreciated was that he used upgraded materials rather than standard builder supplies, which really makes a huge difference in appearance! Al and his guys are meticulous, detailed & very clean – at the end of each work day, the floors were always swept & materials put away. Another consideration for us was trust since my husband & I weren’t home during the day. I can say with complete confidence that you can trust Premier Home Services to do their job, in your home without supervision. We will definitely use them again for our next home project. Thanks Al!

Premier Home Services is without a doubt the best custom remodeling company. They provide outstanding craftsmanship and they have the unique ability to take your vision an build it to reality. I use them for every remodeling project that we have big and small. Premier has designed, installed and constructed our deck, patio, added a full bathroom, done flooring, repairs, cabinetry. I hired PHS to transform my unfinished basement into an Art Gallery. The results far exceeded my expectations. It's a beautiful open space concept with 5 functional areas: living room, dance floor, wet bar, art gallery, and intimate enclosed space. PHS also provided pro integrated, audio and visual with 3 sound areas. The project was on budget, on time, and customer communication was excellent. I highly recommend PHS for customers with discriminating taste in remodeling and design!!

Had an existing deck (natural wood, yearly maintenance, etc.). PHS (Al and his team) quoted a project that screen in the upper deck and resurface all decking materials with TREX no-maintenance decking materials. After showing options, I selected a design and the work began. PHS worked everything--permits, product drops, incidentals, etc. They gave me status briefings and kept me in the loop on challenges and offered little enhancements along the way. On time, on budget, perfect! Quality, professional workmanship at a reasonable price. ~5 years later, I'm still enjoying my outdoor paradise!

Premier Home Services did a complete remodel of my master bedroom,master bathroom and closet. Al Barney and his team worked with me to bring the ideas and vision I had for this project to life. This remodel entailed a lot of little details and Al took the time to make sure those finishing touches were done correctly. His team stayed on budget which was another big plus. Al has been a pleasure to work with. We chose Premier because of the initial look and idea Al brought to the table in comparison to the other builders we accepted bids from. We did not want your typical pool house but something that looked a little European and pool house combined so that it would stand out. I believe that is what we have. In addition to the pool house was an outdoor kitchen and hot tub with a patio. If there is ever an issue Al is not confrontational but the complete opposite, he will do what he has to to make it right.
