Perrin Construction & Design is a full service home renovation and new construction firm. We specialize in the restoration and renovation of older homes. Our mission is to design and build unique spaces for our clients. We are capable of all aspects of new construction, renovation, historic restoration, new residential and light commercial projects. With 30 years of experience in the construction field, we have seen and done it all, when it comes to designing and renovating homes. Providing our clients with unlimited design options insures completely custom projects that are one of a kind. Absolutely the very BEST CONSTRUCTION COMPANY around!!! If your looking for quality and one of a kind designs the. Contact the owner Kennon and he will take time to design and build EXACTLY what your looking for… anything from a new deck to some drywall and painting to a whole home remodel!!! easily 5 STAR recommendation!!!

Great experience working with Kennon Perrin and his team and I especially appreciated his artistic and creative abilities. He understands and works with historic and turn-of-the-centry homes. He was always upbeat and positive throughout the entire project and I am extremely satisfied with my master bathroom addition.

My gas powered furnace died this winter just before the snow storm. Perrin Construction installed a new HVAC system. My electric bill has decreased by over half. They had also replaced all of the windows in my house a year prior and with all of these new modifications, my home is more valuable, more energy efficient and over time will save a great deal of money. I trust these guys to be in my home and to leave the work areas cleaner than they were when they started work. That's a great combination.

Perrin Construction did a bathroom for me and my family. They created a one of a kind layout for me. I was VERY pleased with the work that this company does, also has a one of a kind team that will do anything for you. I would definitely have them come back and do another project. Thank You again Perrin Construction.

They enclosed a porch into a laundry room as well as several other jobs at two houses I have. Extraordinary trim and detail work as well. Slow but miticoulous! I strongly recommend them.

Ken and the Perrin construction team provided exceptional service beginning with the design phase through the completion of the project. Each step of the way they took great care to protect other areas of the house and reduce dirt and debris. The end product for my bathroom remodel and basement update was spectacular.

Comentado: My renovationTerry sorry for the quality of the photo. The shelving unit is a niche. It came about as a unique way to hide all the plumbing going to the upstairs bath a radiators.
