Omega replaced our 35 year old roof on our large home. We were impressed with their work. Their crew was professional, polite, and informative. Their prices were competitive. (We did have sticker shock. All the quotes we got were higher than expected)

We had Omega Homes spring 2017 for new front door, soffit and facia around windows, roof repairs, and multiple other small exterior home repairs. All work was done by their employees and not contracted help. All workers were very professional and did EXCELLENT work. The work was done in a timely fashion and when it was promised to be done. We felt the prices were very fair. All in all, could not have had a better experience with Omega Homes

We have been looking to upgrade our current front door for awhile now to a more decorative and sturdy option. We also had wind damage and wanted to get that resolved. We received a cold call from Omega and it worked out very well timing wise, so we asked them to come out to discuss options. Sales person was knowledgeable and helpful. We picked a door and the options we wanted and we feel we received a fair deal for the door. . About 6 weeks later the custom door was ready. Scheduling was easy, they had to reschedule once due to snow, but not a big deal. The installer was great. he was knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to answer all of my questions and kept me updated in the progress. (My house had a crooked installation on the previous door, so it was more of a challenge for him to install, but he corrected the old issue in no time). Anyway the door looks perfect, just like when we placed our order. The installer was great, he cleaned up everything after he was done, went over everything in detail, and didn't mind all my questions. We would recommend using Omega if you're looking for a new door. We are very happy.

Omega has always been very gracious and thorough in their work. They are very patient from the initial appointment to explain what the job entails to the crew on each job. They stop and answer questions and are professional about the details. When we have had to call them back for things they are quick to respond and have always tried their best to make it right as soon as possible. We have had them do a door, powder room and vinyl siding so far. We have always had contact throughout the entire process and afterwards.

We had windows put in two days!! The installers we easy to work with and knowledgeable. Great service!!! Would recommend Omega!!!

The sale and installation of my new windows was flawless. My house is so much less drafty and I have saved money on heating bills! Omega has great customer service and is a quality product! I would recommend Omega Home Improvements!

We had our windows replaced by Omega. We live in Eighty Four, PA 15330. We live on a hill with a field that is used for hay production. It is extremely windy. On the day the installers arrived it was 5 degrees in November 2014, the wind chill factor was around zero. The installer were extremely good at what they did, they cleaned up after themselves every day. I must commend them for starting on the day they said they would, even on the coldest day of 2014. I am extremely pleased with their professional work and I am getting ready to call to ask for an estimate on putting an all season sun porch on our deck. I highly recommend their windows and their installers that gave us a daily update on what they would be doing each day.

Gentleman came to the house to discuss new windows. He was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. We decided to see if we would qualify for the financing. We qualified. The next step was to send them a deposit check, which of course we did. We were to hear from them in 5 to 6 weeks. The check cleared and we did not hear from them. We did not want to be a pest so we waited a little longer before we called. We finally decided to call to see where we were in the process. After three calls and no one returning my calls the gentleman on the phone said we could send the check and then they would schedule us. I told him the check cleared weeks ago and he was very surprised. Apparently, our information was put in the wrong folder. We scheduled for the windows to be installed much later than we expected. It was much colder now. We were assured the windows could be installed in one, maybe two days. The day came to install the windows and we received no confirmation call. A gentleman pulled up in a large truck and started to unload the windows in our driveway. He was not the installer. When we questioned him about the installers, he said he assumed they were coming today. Long story short, the installers did show. They looked at the house and stated the installation would take two to three days. Needless to say, again disappointed. The installers explained they are spread very thin and Omega expects them to move faster than they should. They did a wonderful job installing the windows and we are pleased with them. We have not received any word from Omega since the installation. We did receive a post card weeks before the installation inviting us to write a review. Funny, that's what prompted us to call Omega to schedule installation. Overall, we are pleased with the windows. The middle people have a lot to be desired.

We purchased a door from the company. The color and quality of the door were good. The service was friendly, and the installation was quick. There is a squeaky hinge, the door knob came loose, and the cylinder needs adjusted. However, when these problems were reported, the company agreed to send someone out to fix them at no extra charge.

We are very happy with the new roof Omega installed on our house this summer. Everyone associated with Omega was friendly, professional and considerate. When the job was finished, they cleaned everything up before leaving. It was a pleasure dealing with them and we would recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to call them back for other projects. Gwen & John J. Urbaniak

The best experience ever!!! From beginning to end everyone involved made our renivation experience wonderful. From the roof to the siding to every finishing touch. Took the house from an eye sore to the prettiest house in town.
