David did a great job on our remodel project. His proposal was one of the most reasonable we received and he worked well with all our add-ons and changes. His completion time was well within the estimated completion date, and the work quality of his team and subs was very good as well. As with any remodel contractor/project, it is extremely important to ask exactly what is included within the quote. Take the time to discuss items in detail and budget extra funds to cover the unforeseen issues that always arise in a remodel. Nice job David!

Terrible!!! David will contact you for the job and seem as though he is going to be attentive to you, but once he gets started, and has 50% of the project monies, he will respond to you less and less. He will attempt to give you shoddy workmanship, but if you hold off in paying him with enough money, he will return. If you want the job completed, DO NOT give him all his money until it is done!! Hold off on at least 25% if you're already in the project. Additionally, anticipate his estimate for project costs to be 25% higher. He will cut the budget on allowances to fit in the budget so you have a home that can't afford decent tile, lighting, counters, pluming, etc. If you haven't signed on with him DON'T do it!! He DOES NOT honor the 1 year guarantee on his work, as he DOES NOT respond to his calls. His integrity is quite POOR. His workers have integrity and have returned to complete some repairs after the project was done, but the ones that were on my job quit working for him. Who knows what sort of crew he may have now. Take my advise, find another contractor.
