LOTOS Construction was our general contractor for the complete renovation of our False Creek South condo starting in late October 2017 and finishing in late May 2018. This was our first condo and our first ever renovation. The condo was almost 30 years old and in original condition so it was in need of a major update. The condo was demolished down to the studs, the floor plan was redesigned to the extent possible and everything was replaced including flooring, drywall, millwork, countertops, bathrooms, showers, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, fireplace, doors, door hardware and closets. The project was completed in about seven months, which included the Christmas holiday period, within budget and on time. Arthur and all the LOTOS Construction team were amazing. We were not able to stay at the condo while the work was ongoing and we were out of the country for the entire time, except for one trip to Vancouver about 2 1/2 months into the project. We had every confidence in Arthur, Jack, Janusz, Nikki and the rest of the LOTOS Construction team. Our neighbours were so impressed that workers were at our condo every day. Without fail, we received detailed weekly progress reports from Arthur with a status update, site photos and a budget update. There were a few unexpected issues that arose but when they did we were immediately informed of the situation with options for addressing them and they were dealt with promptly and efficiently. When we returned to Vancouver at the end of the project and saw the end result, we were overwhelmed! It was exactly as we planned and hoped it would be. Arthur and his team are professionals, the quality of their work is excellent and they take great pride in what they do. We highly recommend LOTOS Construction to anyone looking for an honest, reliable contractor that will go the extra mile!

We have had the pleasure of working with Lotos Construction on a few projects over the last four or five years. Our projects have ranged from an ultra-modern downtown penthouse, to a west coast contemporary home in West Vancouver to a more rustic, remote home in Indian Arm. Each of the projects posed different challenges, but Lotos was able to find great solutions and always completed their work professionally. On each of these projects Lotos demonstrated a keen eye for detail and a high level of finishing. Working with Lotos Construction and helping them with their window coverings needs has been a pleasure and we look forward to the working with them on their next project.

Arthur, Jack and their team were great to collaborate with on a home renovation project for a client last fall. They are very knowledgeable, stayed on schedule, focused on the budget and were quick to help resolve unexpected issues as they arose. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with them!

The LOTOS team managed my entire condominium renovation and I was thrilled with the quality of their work, professionalism, and the transparency of the budget. My project was completed on schedule, the overall design turned out better than I expected and overall it was a great experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Arthur and his team to others.

I hired Lotos Construction twice - once in 2012 to work on our deck . Again recently, in 2013, I enlisted this same firm to repair a cracked & leaking cement foundation wall in our garage which included excavating around the foundation, sealing the crack from the outside and inside , installing drip flashing under the bottom siding board of the garage and while they were at it, a slow drainage problem in that area was corrected.
In my experience, their staff was courteous, the service prompt, the work was well done, on schedule and as quoted. I believe the firm to be reliable and without hesitation give them an A+ rating. If and when any problem to do with my house arises in the future I will definitely enlist their help and will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
