Rob and his team delivered a great job remodeling our two bathrooms. They also built an acoustic wall, added pocket doors and helped with some electrical work in our apartment. Rob and our project manager Pedro were very both responsive and easy to work with. They helped us in every step of our project, from design help and selection of materials to arranging delivery and storage in their warehouse until final installation. As in every project, when we had hiccups like incompatible parts in our shower trim, which we ordered from another seller, Rob took care of everything for us. Our bathrooms look amazing thanks to their high quality work. I strongly recommend Rob and the Loft One Contracting team. He is definitely my go to contractor for all my future projects.

Loft One Contracting completed an amazing renovation on my outdated bathroom. Rob listened to my ideas, he made fabulous suggestions and turned my 80’s bathroom into a modern and elegant retreat. This job was a full demo however at the end of each day there was no dust, debris or any evidence they were in my home except for the work in the bathroom. Loft One Contracting came highly recommended from my condo association for good reason - Rob and his team are professional, communicative and work hard to meet the needs of their clients (I am exceptionally detailed oriented) in a timely manner with as little inconvience as possible. I used Loft One Contracting to remodel my 1950s cape home which had been neglected for some time prior to my purchase. Rob did an amazing job glassing in our lofted area. Due to a very uneven ceiling he custom cut the glass to give us the exact look we wanted. The finished product far exceeded our expectations.
