I am a Realtor and Josh and his team repaired a roof for my client before closing. They were efficient and reasonably priced. Then we had a client that needed a whole new roof and Josh's team did an amazing job on it. The client was extremely happy! Most recently we needed some siding repair and attic vents installed before closing and a few days before the guy we had flaked out. Josh and his team came the morning of with a large team to get it done in the short timeframe required to close that afternoon. He is now our go-to contractor and I am looking forward to doing more work with him soon!

We had 2 other companies come out for an estimate, one never got back to us and the other just didn't compare to the transparency and professionalism of 1 Builders. We have a large & complex roof with 8 skylights & many valleys, Josh took the time to go over the different brands, warranties, and colors available; even gave us local addresses to go see previous homes' finished roofs for a more realistic perspective. Installation day came and an army of 8 or so workers laid tarps for debris and got to working. They went above and beyond; installed a chimney cap and screen for us. Josh stayed to be sure everything went off without a hitch! The work ethic of all involved was top notch. Thank you 1 Builders!!

I want to thank 1 Builders for the amazing kitchen remodeling job that they completed on my last home. Before hiring 1 Builders, I tried to sell my home for almost a year and was unsuccessful. Everyone that came through the home complained about my kitchen because they did not like the styling or layout since it was closed off from the rest of the home and outdated. After I hired 1 Builders and they completed the remodel on my kitchen, I almost did not want to move because of how beautiful the kitchen turned out and how it opened up the space by removing the wall. Shortly after relisting the home with our newly remodeled kitchen, we received a great offer on our home thanks to the work you completed.

My wife and I hired 1 Builders to do a remodel of our master bathroom. Our house is a little over 50 years old and has a small master bathroom. The bathroom had a linen closet, pedestal sink, toilet and walk in shower and thus wasn't very functional. Juan from 1 Builders and his crew came in completely changed the layout of the bathroom to not only give it a better flow, but make it much more functional. Juan suggested that if we got rid of the closet and changed the position of the toilet and sink, we could install a double vanity. This was HUGE for us. I used to have to get ready in the guest bathroom while my wife was getting ready in the master bathroom. Now we can be in the same space at the same time while the kids are getting ready for school in the other bathroom. In addition, we gained a lot more storage space with the installation of a the double vanity. We will definitely be using 1 Builders for future projects! Thank you 1 Builders!!!

Outstanding! Juan and Josh handled three complete gut rehab projects my sister and I had. Two of the projects involved the original General Contractor walking off the job. Their knowledge of the Chicago Building department and the skill of their contractors allowed us to move forward quickly to finish off those two homes and put them on the market. The third home was their project from the beginning. The project was a stunning gut rehab of an old Greystone! I highly recommend 1 Builder's Inc for all of your remodeling and construction needs!
